I was renting a trailer, and the rental agent did not have an extension cord to connect the the trailer brake/turn signal 4-way connection to my vehicle. I had to drive to a local O'Reillys and buy an extension and then return. When the agent was hooking up the trailer he lost control of the trailer tongue and ran it into the bumper cover on my car scratching it. The agent was very friendly and tried very hard to help.

Unfortunately they could not find the key to the 15ft truck I had reserved , we agreed that I would take a Transit van which was smaller but worked and U Haul put it right by giving me a $50 credit for the delay and change in vehicle

I had chose self service pick up but had a problem because i was told to pick up key from auth dealer. The auth dealer was not available. I sat in the parking lot over an hour dealing with Uhaul CS over the phone and was hung up on twice. I feel if i choice self service i shouldn't had to go through all this issues.

The uhal store person was great but everything from the corporate level was terrible. Your app didn't work and i had to stand out in the cold for an hour waiting for the store to open and help me out. I got my uhal 2 hours late because of it. I also was told i would have it for 24 hours which i got it back in time but was charged for 2 days, fines for turning in late but i didn't turn it in late and additional charges. I would only use Uhal again because the store person was helpful but my overall experience was terrible and i have requested a partial refund.

I was assigned to this location. Despite my protest that it is NOT aim my destination city. Skyway is unincorporated king county NOT Seattle. Although listed as open there was no staff on site to receive the vehicle. Extremely upset about U-Haul’s poor planning and communication concerning one-way drop off. This location cost me extra hours out of a busy day AND money for fuel not budgeted for in the original agreement.

When I arrived at the location for self service pickup I had many challenges starting with the inability to do the self service process apparently bc I have an iPhone & uhaul self service cannot function with safari - the standard iPhone search engine. After several attempts myself, phone calls to uhaul,, having a relative try to do it remotely through the uhaul website, having a several customer service reps tell me different things and also attempt to walk through the process for me to no avail & over an hour of time on my already tightly timed & stressful move day I called the manager of this location who came in on his day off to make sure I could get my truck & not leave me hanging. Rob’s customer service was excellent & a breath of fresh air after all the frustration. Finally it seemed like it would come together. Then when I opened the truck, none of the dollys I reserved were there. I had ordered a furniture dolly & a utility dolly online which had been confirmed but the only dolly in the truck was an appliance dolly which I had no use for. Rob called ahead to see if II could go down the hill to another location and actually get the dollys I needed there. I was able to, thankfully, even though it took more time & miles for me do go through that process, something like 3 or 4 miles which I hope can be deducted from my rental since that would not have happened if what I had ordered had been on the truck. I also ordered a half dozen -6- furniture pads and was charged for a dozen on my receipt so I would hope that you would adjust that accordingly as well. I was not able to do the self service drop as well due to the uhaul/safari incompatibility again. I hope uhaul will correct this as the website said all I needed was a device & not any specifics about what kind of device will work with uhaul self service pickup. So many people have iPhones that this seems like an important issue to address. So overall I had a lot of challenges with my experience with this uhaul process yet Rob gave great customer service, it would seem as good customer service as possible given the aforementioned limitations. Thank you Rob!
