Pickup location changed 3 times. The pickup location didn't have a furniture dolly which caused us to break our backs. Overall just added way more time and effort to a move I reserved over a month in advance. Y'all need to figure it out.
I rented a van yesterday and the customer service was great. I selected a utility dolly and forgot to grab it. I hope I get my refund for that rental. Overall I will definitely rent again
The cab of the truck was so dirty. I spent 45 minutes cleaning it.

Not have a hole in the gas tank - when we tried to fill the tank up all the gas game out of a hole -it was very dangerous to say the least and we still got charged

no one was available for pick up and we had to wait in the middle of the rain and wind for 20 mins. we were not dressed appropriately as we flew in from California. Once the people came, they were very nice and accommodating.

I had not issues with any of the locations. I was upset that the location of my reservation changed on a daily basis and when I went to pick up the vehicle the only problem I had was that the Express Checkout was not express at all - no fault of the facility, it had everything to do with bad software development and user experience.
1. Ensure the fuel tank is "FULL". 2. Conduct a walk through with the customer
I had an extremely difficult time getting into my vehicle because the self check-in was not properly working on my phone. I was sent in circles contacting different U-Haul employees, multiple who said that there was nothing they could do.
I returned the truck hours early and with MORE gas than what was in it, and they charged me $10 for 2 gallons of gas.......
I was overcharged. I drove 19 miles and was charged for 6 gallons of gas. Beware this location.
Gas hoes was cut couldn't refill fuel if I was stranded... vehicle was unsafe to operate...
I was intending on renting from Penske and was told that Uhaul was better. I had AtoZ make a reservation for me two weeks in advance of pickup for my location in Bellevue. The day before I was contacted and told I would have to pick up the truck at a Seattle location and that they did not open until noon. That was the poorest customer service I have ever received. When I make a reservation two weeks in advance I obviously had also made arrangements for a crew to start loading that truck on the morning of pick up. Needless to say I was able to pick up the truck that afternoon but lost 4 hours worth of wages in the process. Your reservation system sucks.
I was supposed to pickup the truck at 8:ooAM but the place was closed so i called the main office then they tell me 10:00am so i go back home.then i go back at 10:15am then a mechanic tells me the lady that handels the uhaul trucks wont be in until 12:00 noon + the fuel light was on in 2 miles down the road +I returned it with more fuel by a quarter of a tank so i was told by corperate headquarters i will get a 50:00$ dollar credit.Anthony G
