Method for fuel measurement needs to be improved. My entire trip, according to google maps, was 18 miles. Upon return I filled the tank of gas with more that two gallons, but was still charged for an additional 2.3 gallons. There is no way that during my trip the truck consumed more than 4 gallons of fuel. I know these trucks aren't fuel efficient but there is now way that I was getting 4.5 mpg.

Don't encourage people to use the UHaul app for mobile checkin when the app crashes, doesn't allow uploading of photos when requested and ends up wasting nearly an hour of my rental time by having to do the standard checkin inside after the mobile checkin fails.

Initially the counter person was difficult and unfriendly. I let her know I expected better and she came around. Gas level was lower than on the contract, I had to call the help line, wait on hold, send pictures and buy gas to make sure I wasn't hit with a fee. Finally, there was a small amount of debris inside the cargo area. Not a problem for me, but was concerned about the hassle when I returned it. There was no hassle.

We picked up our truck and then realized once we were far away that they did not include any of the three things we also rented (utility dolly, furniture dolly, furniture pads). Then we could not get ahold of the store. Finally called corporate and they could not get ahold of the store either. Once we finally got it sorted, they sent us the bill and it included 5 extra things that we never rented. Had to call corporate again and get a second refund.

If they told you to drop the vehicle in one place it have to be that place. I hate when they send to one place, then to another and another!!

Check-in was a little slow as a the second person on shift was late to work, so a line was created. You may not want to take walk-ins at 7 either, completely slowed everyone down. Back of truck was dirty, interior was ok. We had to get gas before we started as the previous person only left a 1/4 of tank. Overall, experience was good.

I unintentionally left allot of plastic sheeting in the back of the truck and was rightfully charged a $25 cleaning fee. Upon telling the (lady manager, on Friday morning, the 17th of January) my story that I had every intention of taking the plastic with me (but forgot to), she had the $25 fee reversed.
