The app was the worst part of the experience. Kept deleting photos after I added them. Van had sticky residue in cab and various debris in the back.

ALEXANDER RThe truck I was originally assigned was boxed in by other vehicles, so there was no way to drive it out. I was given a different truck instead, but it had no gas in it when I started it, so I had to fill it myself before leaving. The air vents turned on but didn’t blow any air, which made the drive uncomfortable. The cargo area also hadn’t been swept from the previous renter. When returning the truck, the app made me retake the photos twice. Improving vehicle readiness, cleanliness, and app reliability would make the experience better for the next customer.

Rui Zuhaul cargo van was damaged but clean. I had more difficulty with the mobile pickup and found that frustrating. I didnt actually realize there was a storefront until I was told to pick up the keys. it was poorly marked.
