The Rental experience was fine and the customer service at the location was fine. However the return experience and response by the customer service call center was incredibly frustrating. We couldn't return the vehicle due to there being no space available, as other returned vehicles were parked improperly. We called U-haul corporate customer service and they were not helpful when we were trying to find a way to drop it off that night. The only suggestion they had was to drop it off the next day which wasn't an option for our move. We ended up leaving it parked on a legal spot on the street that was metered, against their recommendations. There needs to be better planning for situations where the rental site does not have parking available, because this does not make me want to use u-haul again.Christopher M.

There is no free parking in this area, so if you are driving to pick up a U-Haul, expect to pay for parking while you use the vehicle. It is difficult to find as the U-Haul shows up as a very small sign in the window of another business. While there was a sign in the truck we rented that requires you to clean out the truck before returning in order to avoid a fee, the truck we rented had quite a bit of bird seed in it that had not been swept. We brought it back cleaner than we found it. Furthermore, we returned it with more gas than it had when we rented it. It would be nice if everyone could rent it with a full tank of gas and return it with a full tank of gas rather than requiring the user to take a photo of the fuel level before and after using the vehicle. Finally, I will say that the website we used to secure the rental was not at all user friendly. Every step of the reservation process offered lots of additional equipment rentals, many of which were already selected with various quantities, so we had to be careful not to click "next" too quickly as we would automatically be signed up for additional rentals that were not necessarily relevant to our situation. It would be nice if all extra rental options were posted on one single page with no quantities filled in so that one would not accidentally end up with anything extra by mistake.Glenn J.
Contact free pickup was advertised. At arrival the owner of Mail Exp in formed me that they did not do that due to vehicle theft. I recommend that contactless pick up be taken down from that locations profile.WESLEY G.

I had an outstanding balance from my last rental 7 months ago. My card should have ran when I got the rental back then, but it didn't. I never got any notice, any calls, any statements that I had a balance. Then today when I went to get my reserved rental, my account was locked because of this unknown charge. This put my move schedule off by hours because I was only Uhaul customer service for an extended amount of time, then when I entered my card over the phone, my address was entered incorrectly so my credit card got locked and I had to call my credit card company! Then uhaul again! From this experience alone I might never use uhaul again.Rachel T.

The overall experience was great, and the truck I was given was in good condition, clean and smelled good. The lady at Mail Etc. Inc was great, friendly and understanding, since I needed the truck on Christmas day. The lock boxes were not working, but we had a simple workaround, so I wouldn't count it as a negative, but its not a positive either. I would recommend this location.DHRUV B.

The truck I rented had several problems (see below) yet the lady at the counter was amazing; she helped me with my reservation at a light speed, provided all the necessary information. She was very understanding and solution oriented. Problems with the truck: - engine start key wasn't functioning properly; I had to try 10-15 times to make the truck starting - cargo door stuck in the middle of opening or closing - it was probably the noisiest truck I ever rented (and believe me I rented a lot); it was as if it would disassemble in the middle of the road If it wasn't for the counter lady, I would rate way lower but she saved my day ThanksBURAK T.

Truck was damaged and I spent a lot of time photographing damage that hadn't been documented. Check engine light was on. The biggest issue was that the ignition is not turning properly or the key is old. Every time I started it I had to try at least 15 times, jerking the steering wheel back and forth before the key would turn.Laura W.

I picked up the truck and got about 5 miles down there road to pick up the person helping load. That was when I found out the padlock key wasn't on the key ring, so I called Mail Etc. who said they had forgotten to give it to me, so I had to turn back to pick up the keys. ON TOP of that, I was charged for the mileage and gas for them forgetting to give me the keys and having to turn around.Peyton R.
There were Cheetos and graffiti all over the truck. We reported it when we got the truck that it wasn't clean and then when we returned we said no it's not clean but then it wanted to charge us a cleaning fee. Not a good experience. Truck drove nicely though!Garrett M.

Quick, easy, inexpensive, ready on time, did exactly what they said they would. Exceeded my expectations. Clerk Bangmi was courteous, knowledgeable and professional, and sped me on my way. I needed a truck for only three hours, to help a neighbor move a few pieces of furniture. This rental location and online arrangement worked perfectly for me. I will NEVER rent from this Uhaul location because: 1. There was a guy doing drugs right where the key lock box post it. I was scared to go and get the key. I stood and waited for him to move away. He didnt leave. He loitered back and forth. I was afraid he would jump me for the keys after I got them out. He grabbed the trucks radio antennae on the hood and put it in his mouth and licked it. 2. The truck was unlock. God know was using it as shelter or to shoot up. There was a lighter in the foot well. 3.the truck was found heavily vandalized with graffiti and drivers door had been pried.natasha W.

The staff/owners at Mail Etc. were lovely and made the rental process easy & efficient. However, I am extremely upset that Uhaul changed without my consent the evening before my move. The new location was farther from my apartment which cost me time & money. This is the second time Uhaul has changed my reservation last minute. I have rented from Uhaul many times but I am not going to again. It's unacceptable to spring these changes on people last minute when they are dealing with the stress of moving.Austin M.

The location was fine. The online checkin was lengthy and rather annoying to perform in the rain. I waited at least 5 minutes for someone to verify my picture and driver's license. There are automated systems available to do that.Michael L.
The whole process/app is slow. I like the idea of an online pickup service, but it has to be faster. I spent 35+ minutes finding the van, checking in, looking for a key that wasn't in the lockbox, and then finding and getting the key, and finally finishing check out. I barely made it back in my 4 hours window. Needs work.Eric L.

The only problem is that there's no key drop. Instead there's a box attached to a combination lock directly on the vehicle. When returning the vehicle, I forgot the combination number and couldn't return the key.Frederick J.
