Hi I specifically mentioned to the person that i DO NOT need insurance. In spite of this, he added the insurance to my bill. I mentioned this to him and he said the computer does not allow him to take it out right away but he will remove it later. Nevertheless, i am been charged with insurance of $15. I am extremely disappointed as this is downright cheating. This clearly breaches the trust of the customers. Sincerely Bala

The location where I picked up the truck is fine, but the main reservation office has the worst customer service. They are very rude and disrespectful. I was suppose to get a credit, but never got it and they gave me the run around. I would not recommend U-Haul to anybody, there are a lot of other truck rental companies that are a lot better.

I reserved a truck a week prior. I went to pick up the truck on Saturday April 30 only to be told that a reservation manager had changed my reservation to a cargo van on April 30. I have been trying to get in contact with a manager at the 1-800 number and not able to get through. The worst customer service experience. The last time I rented a truck I was double charged. Not a good track record at all!!!

Truck I got was extremely dirty on the inside. When I went to return the truck it took over an hour and I was the first one in line. All the guy had to do was check the mileage, fuel and check for any damage on the truck, which would have taken like 10 minutes max but instead he decided it was more important to help the people who were waiting in line after me.

Its not the location, its the person who owns this number (289) 356-2169. He seems to think cancelling my rental was an easier solution to just assuring where my rental pick up was supposed to be. He relied on customer ignorance to escape from actually having to help. I was supposed to have had a 10ft truck but ended up with a van and having to do 2 trips because of his neglegence. Also upon reactivating my regestration number within the hour my truck that i reserved was gone. This leads me to believe that uhaul doesnt actually have all the trucks for all the reservations you take. You have this weird system where you send an email the day before and cancel on people who arent familiar with your policy and youre ok with it. Also upon reactivating my reservation within the hour where was my truck that was supposidly reserved for a duration of time? This whole experience was very disappointing. 4095 location was great as people but didn't do much to help the situation. Whoever called me that day and failed to inform me of my actual pick up was not a good employee because I feel robbed and disappointed as a customer and as a future customer. Not sure how to feel about the uhaul company. Your tactics are very shady.

I had to pick my truck up from a meat place at had a sign out side open at 8am. My reservation was for 8am. I got thjer at 8:10am and the place was closed. Why are meat places holding trucks for Uhaul? super bad busines that time i took to get there then drive to a diffrent location cost me tons of move time. Terrible

The owner of the store was very weird. First, I booked to pick the truck at 2 Upton Road, Scarborought and dropp it off at 2226 St Clair Avenue W. When I was picking the truck up the manager say that I must returned the truck to the same place that was unfair because I had not booked like that. When I dropped off the truck I found out that the agent had noted mileage of 43606.4, but I took picture when I picked up the truck that indicate 43978.3. I discuss with the agent`s employee which didnt do anything in my favour. After 2 days I received a call from Uhaul asking me if I had returned the truck. I say I returned in the same day. After a while I received an email charging me more the $240,00 for extra days and extra miles. I called to uhaul telemarketing and one girl helped me to discharge the amount of money that I was being charged unduly. I did not recommend the store where I pick the car. The manager was not responsible. (I DID NOT RETURNED THE TRUCK AT THIS STORE, THE RENTAL PICK UP LOCATION FORCE ME RETURNET AT THE SAME LOCATION WHERE I HAD PICKED UP)
