The front door is a screen door and opens inward. Most screen doors open outward. There was no handle, on the outside, to pull the door open, so I stood there like an idiot for a minute until the guy inside shouted to push the door open. It was a little weird, but not bad. I just thought it was a pull door from the outside and there was no handle to pull on.

Amazing customer service! Trailer bounced excessively until finally the tire blew due to a bubble. Roadside assistance arrived within 35 minutes with great communication the whole time. Better inspections in equipment prior to rental would be appreciated.
Kimberly TThe National UHaul systems was causing fits recently, including when I picked up the trailer in Savannah. When I showed up at 10:30am to pick up the trailer, I was told that the online check-in system was not working well at all. It took an hour before the kind people at Stars & Stripes were able to get me checked in and release the trailer to me. They were very kind and we had a good conversation. The experience at Stars & Stripes was a really good experience. The experience with the UHaul system was VERY POOR. UHaul needs to get this fixed. I have no doubt that this system failure caused many lost customers to UHaul and Stars and Stripes. Stars and Stripes was not to blame at all.

They also gave a fluent Spanish speaking person on staff . These guys are awesome. I was grateful.
