Regrettably the UHaul App had a hiccup and cancelled my reservation. Local proprietor was great and got me on the road. I appreciated the service!

ROY BBetter customer service .He was so rude for no reason He try skip me and take another customer in front of me til that customer was like no sir she was patiently waiting I will not skip her and I think it was because my color. They over charged my account. He changed my reservation 9am-6pm and I Didn’t get the u/haul til after 11 & I supposed turn it in 10:30 the next day but end up finishing early and took it back at 6:43 pm the same day and He still charged my car as if I turned the u haul in late . I will not recommend!!
