Shenell Cuthbert and a lady that was sweeping were very nice and helpful. The first truck we were given was very clean and smelled great. But it had a check engine light on. So they gave us another truck. This truck was not as clean and smelled like cigarettes.
I was trying to get my key to my truck and the front desk clerk did not hand my the key. So i had to wait for the clerk to get help. It took time out of my rental time and caused a waste of my time.
Take minimal precautions to protect customers and staff from COVID by staff wearing a mask and requesting that customers do so as well. The store is not ventilated with outside air and no one observing COVID precautions of 6ft distance or masks.
This is my fourth time renting a Uhaul and moving to a new location. I will definitely say that this was my best experience. Ms. Shanell and another employee (forgot her name, but she was a shorter woman) helped me out tremendously. At the last minute, I was calling to see if I can get the Uhaul truck earlier, and Ms. Shanell was very nice and helped me get everything in line. When I arrived, Ms. Shanell checked in on me and made sure everything was good for the move. Another employee (mentioned above), who may have been a first line supervisor helped me through the rest of the process. She took the time to assist me with inspection of the truck and the trailer. I know how to do this, but she made sure that I didn't leave there without all of the deficiencies listed. She pointed out some deficiencies that I missed, so I respect her for that. Overall, I had a "first class" experience between Ms. Shanell and the other employee that I mentioned above.
I was told that my reservation was put in the system backwards and I didn't need the wide tow dolly reserved for me in Savannah Ga. if the information was input correctly I could have rented the tow dolly in Tallahassee Fl. For 1 day for $50 cheaper and the tow dolly I needed was available according to the representative at the drop off location. A typo cost me $50.
I believe that I am being scammed. I went in the store and never got a text confirmation of my rental. So I returned it the next day and did not receive my invoice till a day later. I trusted them to enter the mileage and gas as when I pulled up I was not given the opprotunity. The person just came with his cell phone and logged it on his phone. THey are charging me for 118 miles when I only did a 10 mile round trip and a 5 mile round trip. I have called several time and they kept me on the phone for hours then say a manager will call me back the next day. Going on two weeks now still no resolution and they are holding onto the money they over charged me. I need corporate to look into this suspicious activity and give me a resolution.

I love this U-Haul location ! It's a pleasant experience from the conversation over the phone to the store pick-up. These guys really know what it means to provide excellent customer service. They really value you as a customer and respect your time. Management is always there & nice. Everyone here is awesome! Thanks y'all.
I brought the truck back with more fuel than when I left. I was told you get a $30 credit off rental. I mentioned that to the attendant checking me in-i'm still waiting.
Make sure the drop off location is where the customer stated they would drop the truck off to.

We went to the location and online check-in did not work. We were at the location waiting for more than an hour. When we received the beat-up, scratched up and dented truck, it was almost strange when we were told not to worry about the damages. We did take some pictures anyway since we did not wanted to be charged. Then, as soon as we drove off the lot, the driver side mirror fell forward and seeing anything was not possible. It was unsafe. When we told the people working there, we were told that...oh, it might need some tightening????/Well. Apparently, they were aware of the problem since there was cardboard pieces stuffed inside the area that holds up the mirror.

Van radio did not work and seemed strange that there was no universal lock and that I had to lock each door all around van individually. Also no clear side mirror adjustment.

They undercounted my pads, saying I was missing over 10, when I was only missing two.
The costumer service was quick and very friendly Thank you for great costumer service.
I was early, before 7 am and so was Robert! I was out the door before they even opened. Very pleased with overall experience. Car transporter is best way to tote your car.
Fix y'all trucks
Not very well lit up at night. Took forever to find the key drop location. Incoming returning trucks were parked everywhere! Not organized well for after hours returns. Needs lots of improvement.
