My 2 biggest complaints are 1) the location of my rental was changed at the last minute. The only notification I got was through my order confirmation reminder. It said your order is confirmed at the following location. I never got a notification specifically telling me my location was changed so I didn't notice it. I went to the original location I had booked and they told me they didn't have my trailer. When I did pick up the trailer at the new location, I asked if I could drop it off at the old location and they told me it would cost more as a 1 way rental. I received confirmation that my order was for the old location and it seems like if the old location has no trailers, I'd be doing you a favor by taking one to them. 2) I ordered an appliance dolly with my trailer. When I arrived at the new location, they told me they didn't have any appliance or regular dollies. When I booked, the confirmation stated I would be given $50 if my equipment wasn't ready. I asked about this and was told they didn't know what I was talking about. There was a long line and it wasn't the associates fault so I just checked out quickly. But, I had to move out that weekend and was counting on using the appliance dolly to move my washer and dryer down stairs. Finally, the location was understaffed/took too long. I waited in line for about 20 minutes to check out and it only took me 5 minutes once I got up there. When I returned the trailer, there was a line of trucks into the road and I didn't see anyone actively checking people out. I had to go find someone. I tried to use the express check-in online before I got there but it kept giving me errors. Overall, the employees I interacted with were helpful and hard working, but U-haul corporate needs to improve. 1st my pickup location was changed with insufficient notification, 2nd the uhaul express online check in did not work, 3rd the new location was understaffed, and 4th the new location did not have an appliance dolly which I had reserved. But, all of the employees I interacted with were nice, helpful and working hard.Matthew B.

A Young lady there was absolutely awful to me when I returned the key she didn't acknowledge me until I asked her if that was all I needed to do she was too engrossed in her phone. She wanted to argue and she called me a bitch and told me she was going to call the police on me once I started asking for a manager because her behavior was deplorable. She was dismissing me with her hands yelling and threatening me telling me she was not the one to mess with. She attempted to charge me for a mirror that was already broke when I picked up the truck and the two other employees on the lot were of no assistance to me the laughed at her behavior. Finally Amy the manager came back on the lot and she had to assist me with getting checked out. She was the most helpful. I will swallow glass before I ever rent from U-Haul or this location again. To be called a bitch and threatened to have to police called on me was extremely hurtful my 8 years old was so scared she was crying and my 20 year old was pissed. I was in Savannah moving him off campus for the summer after completing his sophomore year at SSU. The experience was damaged because of this.AUTUMN SHANEEN F.
