The manager's husband/boyfriend yelled obscenity to me when he dropped her off because he didn't like the way I was parked. I kept quiet to avoid an incident. Also the manager told me that I could pick up the trailer after hours using my Uhaul App which was not accurate.

Actually GUARANTEE your guaranteed reservations at the chosen locations. We were an hour behind schedule because the original pick-up location did not have our GUARANTEED truck. Thank goodness that Climate Masters had one

GARY MThe lady that worked with me in Saraland was very friendly and super nice, however i was overcharged by corporate office and it put my bank acct in the negative. My rental charge was $130.00 on my contract but corporate charged me $205.00 and the transaction is still pending even after i returned the truck and closed it out. spoke with corporate about the charge and was told they didnt charge it but my bank acct states different. Only drove the truck 3.5 miles and was charged for 20 miles instead. Waiting on U Haul to make this right but it hasnt happened yet. I even cleaned the truck out from where the previous renters left it dirty. This experience was very hard on my confidence with U Haul. Had it not been for the nice lady that worked with me, i would have rented from another company. Will be on the phone with U Haul management until this matter is resolved and all the money that is due to me is returned in full. And because of the overcharge, my bank has charged me an overdraft fee and i expect U Haul to reimburse me for that as well since it was their charge that caused all this mess.
