Mark was very friendly, Lack of equipment was concerning to us. But he manages to find an utility dolly for us.

Bryan STruck was great
alia rCourteous, polite, friendly and a pleasure to rent from.
Derek WVery poor customer service and communication. The truck was dirty, with multiple warning lights on, including the TPMS and check engine light. We reserved an appliance dolly but were not informed it was unavailable, which wasted our time, money and disrupted our move. We were unable to get a reimbursement for the inconvenience. The counter staff was also rude and continued playing Solitaire while speaking with me. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
