Just curious why the van on the U-Haul website is a different updated make/model than the van at the actual store. The newer vans seem easier to drive and the older model is not as a smooth drive. Somewhat handles as that of the 10 ft truck.

You need to figure out your reservations. When I got there to pick up my 20' truck the guy told me they didn't have one and that uhaul online reservations will "rent anything to anyone regardless of whether or not they are available. " This absurd and caused me an extra trip which resulted in extra miles due to the smaller truck I was forced to get which cost me more money. Not impressed and my review will reflect my dissatisfaction.

The location can be a little hard to get in and out of. The experience was excellent. Everyone that helped me was very efficient and helpful. The only problem I had was that when I called the number on my contract to ask a question, I got a message from the phone company that the phone number was disconnected. When I got to the location to ask my question, I saw the same phone number posted on the wall. When I pressed REDIAL out of curiosity, it worked.

We have had to move our sons many times over the past few years of college, so we are becoming quite familiar with U-Haul. We rented a truck yesterday at EZ Commissions and I think that was one of the easiest rentals we have ever had. The technician that helped was very courteous and helped us right away (literally as soon as we walked in) He quickly found the reservation, went over the paperwork, and brought us the truck and the accessories seamlessly. There isn’t much space there to park but there was plenty of parking nearby. Best part was when we returned the vehicle, the same gentleman that had helped us earlier was already waiting as I pulled up. He quickly checked the truck and we were done. In the past, it has a been a struggle at past locations where they couldn’t find our reservation (even though I had the paperwork in my hand) or they did not have the promised vehicle. So this was a pleasure to do business with this location.

Better / more phone #s for communication. Original location made a mistake on our order, so we could not enter after-hours reservation info. The cust svc rep we final spoke to (after holding for 8 minutes) tried to help, but could not resolve the problem. But she did leave our phone # with another location in the area before hanging up.. Had the gentleman at other location not called us, we would have not gotten a truck and missed a critical delivery deadline.

Called once to reserve it and someone set the reservation time an hour before I called, so an employee thought I missed pickup and cancelled. Had to make a new reservation. Had trouble dropping off because location was in a bad area of town and was told on phone to take it to one place, then text message said another place.
