I had to drive all the way back after I picked up truck to get furniture pads and dolleys as they didn’t put them in the truck which was strike one. Then they didn’t have two furniture dolleys and yet I’ve still been charged for two. Also, the truck leaked all over my very expensive couch. Furious.

6 gallons for 50 miles tells you this engine need service /work and the customer pays the high cost at 8 mile to the gallon. i left the gas receipt witjh ypu .

My biggest issue is how congested the rental location was. The facility is off a busy road and the parking lot is rather small.

I booked on-line for a location near my home. On my way I got a text saying the equipment was not there and I had to go 30 mins away to pick it up. Then I was not able to rent it one way despite already having to go out of my way. The staff at the location was fantastic! The lot was way too small.

the location is good, but the place itself is too small, they sell cards. soda goodies and moving articles there are not many, this neglected and dirty. outside there is like an emission workshop, which reduces the space for parking.I had an accident but the attitude of Robert Eaves outside of being antiprofessional was inhuman, he cared more about the carhe did not even finish parking he approached the car to observe the damages of the car, he retired and brought a big staircase to observe the roof, In no time do I wonder what happened, how did it happen, "are you okay"? it looked like piranha (here's money to win). When I enter the office a lady showed me a photo where the price of each piece of cars is detailed when they have some damage. (I saw reasonable prices) she also did not ask me what happened, I told her, everyone looked at the car, why they do not look at what happened to me? !!! I broke my lip, blood through my nose, my clothes were bloody, I watch it go away and just told me. "Oh my god I'm sorry" I think for me they sounded hollow words without feeling. Robert texting with someone sending photos asking prices.When he finished, he asked me how Iwill pay by credit card or with the card that is in the system, and I said, you have not told me how much it is, you have not explained anything to me, I do not have a credit card and in my card I do not have much money depending on the amount I want make a payment arrangement. I received a call, I answered and it was from my bank, asking me about an unusual transaction of 1,200 (I do not remember the exactly amount but I can find out in the bank), I got upset and asked Robert, you have swiped my card twice without telling me how much it is? without my authorization? !!! When he printed the papers the amount was totally different (1,614.94). Ithink it was an unacceptable abuse coming from a person who represents the image of a company that has a beautiful history of how it started and is in all cities nationwide. At the end he print the papers and the amount was totally different I apologize for the accident and thank you very much for your time and give me the opportunity to write what happened, and I hope to contact me to reach a fair settlement

Everything good except cust service at the location. He was insisting on insurance and when i declined politely he started scaring saying that the car had accident recently. Thrice he was trying to force me to change my mind and buy insurance.

I put in a reservation a week in advance and requested a furniture dolly. However there were not any available when I went to pick up the truck. They told me to go to another location over 20 minutes away. Now how is that customer service, especially when I had already reserved the equipment a week ahead of time. This made my move extremely inconvenient. Last time I trust Uhual and will use another company next time who can fulfill what customers order.

The reservation was for 10 to 8 pm and the paper when I went to pick it up said 10 to 5:00 closing and that I had to have it back before 5. Then my help arrived after 4:00 and I tried to contact the office to leave a message or text. Couldn’t leave a text but I left 2 messages. Fortunately, it ended well with the charge being only for 1 day and it wasn’t reported stolen! It was upsetting for a while.

My Uhaul was dirty on the interiorand exterior. Some of the previous damage to the Uhaul wasn't documented. The staff was nice and professional while I was there. These things should have been taken cared of before i picked up my Uhaul. There was vomit on the passenger door inside and out and chocolate smashed on the floor board.
