This location is completely different from the pick up location. The tenant was on top of things and was knowledgeable on U-Haul systems.

Customer service experience was bad once we walked In the location we was not greeted. Some was their before us and the young lady acknowledges the man in front of us but not me and my husband. We waited until she was done she kept on saying how tired she was. We tired to have a conversation with her but it was like pulling teeth. So we try again to have a small conversation with her like how long have you been her? Did you work all day? Her response was what I work however long he schedule me for.. I was shocked of the response. I never went to a uhual and they act like they don’t wanna be at work or the customer came in and inconvenient her. She explained the wrong information to us and someone else had to fix it. Before we left the gas was at the wrong gage and the young man said he was going to fix it. He wrote on the paper as well where the gas is supposed and signed it. Brought the car back and the owner I guess trying to charge me for full tank ahh no sir your agent fixed it. His response was no he didn’t put in the system he wrote it on the paper. Said that to say that make sure you get a copy of everything and tell them to put it in the system cause the will try to charge you.

The gas tank on this vehicle was not full. It was 7/8's full. This left me no way to guage how much gas was needed to be replaced when returning it. I probably put twice as much gas in it as I needed to. I Thought the vehicles were supposed to be full? Wasnt the previous driver charged PLENTY for the missing gas?

The gentleman that helped me with my trailer rental was extremely helpful to me. I was very nervous pulling a trailer for the time to the point that I returned once it was loaded to have it checked. He checked everything, drove it around the block and reassured me everything was good. His assistance was invaluable to me.

Actually give me the dolley I request, my back still hurts because I had to move furniture without it. Actually give me the refund when I requested the 1st time. I said it twice, called once, STILL NO REFUND. I AM GOING TO HAVE TO CALL AGAIN!!!!!!!!! DO YOUR JOB

My initial reservation was scheduled this day at 9am at 7318 Roswell Rd, Sandy Springs, GA 30328 to dot he self-reservation however upon arrival the App said that there was no equipment available for me. I called the customer service number per the app and they said I needed to speak to Scheduling. They transferred me to Scheduling and when I was connected they said I needed to contact Customer Service because Scheduling was open on Sundays. I noticed a man was in the Uhaul place even though they didn't open until 10am so I asked him about it and he said the reason it is not available is because previous person never bought the truck back. I asked if I could rent one and he seemed frustrated telling me that I needed to wait until he checks all the trucks. I scheduled this time because I had movers coming so I called this location and they were accommodating. When I tried to return the truck however, the same helpful guy seemed a bit frustrated telling me he couldn't check me in, took my keys and them them on his desk because the other guys was apparently in the bathroom. I appreciate they were able to get me a truck but I've never had such a hard time with Uhaul before. I do know that I will never use that app to do a self pick up AGAIN!

This location was was my requested pickup point. However the UHaul central reservation placed the request for pickup in downtown Atlanta, about 30 minutes from where I requested. When I arrived at the that location, the equipment was not available. They did help me find a unit. Central reservations was not good.

I was given a wrong equipment than I signed for on the contract. The guy was very rude. When I called in the morning to explain that they gave me a wrong equipment, he was extremely rude. They guy never apologized. I was charged 20 more miles above the distance I drove. I raised the issue with the u-haul supervisor. But he also didn’t care.
