When renting a Truck, the one thing that should be checked is Tire pressure- as the light was on-knowing that you will be hauling a load- the tires should be 100%- The Windshield should be cleaned- The van I rented clearly came off a long road trip- as the windshield was filthy- and for safety reasons one renting should be able to see clearly through the windshield- The Team working on the day I rented, was courteous, friendly, and professional, as well as helpful, since the lot is small, there is nowhere to park your POV- so he showed me where I could park- The city is doing some construction- but that may pulling in/out very limited with space- but not in your total control- And the attached car wash detailing connected- did have a lot of vehicles- and they take up space- and I had to wait 5 minutes for them to move one of the vehicles so I could exit. But the overall experience was Good

The transmission had problems. It was difficult to get it into Drive. A couple of times, it dropped out of gear and the engine raced in Neutral. It actually felt dangerous at times. Definitely worth looking at. Having rented from UHaul many times, this never happens.
Mitchell GThe check in process needs to be streamlined. It took over an hour at this location. There was only one person working in a busy Saturday morning. There was no distinction if you had a reservation or walked in.
DOUGLAS AThe loopholes in charges..I had fuel over the previous charge when pickup van and still got charged $15…..try to call to get clarity of charges no phone answered…I will have to make time to visit location to debate that.

DION KHad an 1 way rental,($517.00) I return back to same location i was due the difference and suppose to be charge daily rates plus miles, not only did i not receive the difference money, I was charged double over an $1,000.00 that I now have to put in an dispute takes 10 to 14 days .... oh did I mention i call them and the 1 800 multiple time "before" i turnt uhaul in to speak with them to avoid any confusion, I call many times up to dropping uhaul off this is the roswell rd sandy springs location, understaff don't even describe this unprofessional location... let that sink in i should been charge at the most 2 or 3 hundred instead over an $1,000 and all both gentlemen said was... technically I'm not the one charging you... so where is your district manager , made multiple calls to district manager no response im still trying to reach him... find other location or other rental places this is unacceptable 😤 I'm very piss Uhaul Stole money

RICHARD EManeuvering a vehicle on this property is difficult because of the tight spaces and other drivers making their way around the property. Everything else about the rental went fine except for the fact that I had reserved a furniture dolly, and none were available when I arrived. I had to go to another U-Haul location to rent a dolly which slowed down the move considerably.

CRAIG CI rent on 01!06!2026 2 years ago I rented the same cargo van had the same problem oil light on tire low air in the tire since the error message was on before I left the location want inside spoken with Moses told him the problem. Moses said that's not their problem the don't service the vehicle the only rent while waiting on the rental I observed vehicle being brought from other locations So I said to Moses no oil in the vehicle it could caught on fire with no concern Moses stated Uhaul doesn't do.that. I had two day rental I bought it back a day early .Thanking God I didn't die or end up with a flat do the tire issue! DIANNA BThe initial document given to me indicated the fuel indicator wrong. I had the vehicle for 1 hr 30 minutes and I drove 5 miles. I mentioned the wrong indication to the agent while returning the vehicle. I drove 5 miles and they charged me $13.50 for 3 gallons of fuel which is a scam.
NADIMPALLI AA customer should be greeted with a smile and a friendly, polite, tone of voice. It should be obvious (by name tags or similar) who is in charge, since there is usually no one behind the desk.

EGHELE OUpon returning my U-Haul the store was closed and the guy said that I had to return it via the App. He said that he would do it and I wouldn't be charged the $20 fee, but I said "it's not a problem, I got it". While I was in the middle of returning it via the app the guy began to yell and me for an unknown reason. After I was done I put the key in the drop box because the store was closed and no surprise but he yelled at me for doing that! What a terrible interaction, be better to your customers.

I said do I need a receipt and he said no you will get an email. I am so irritated, bc I have been charged for a dolly I returned! Now my card has been charged unwarranted and we needed that extra money for the holidays. You need to compensate us for this foolishness. What does the company get our of lying and stealing money from a honest customer!

MICHAEL SLockboxes weren't clearly labeled (app says A box is marked 1) truck was DIRTY, covered in mud inside and out. Upon returning, staff was rude and not helpful. When I walked in to return the key, employee was sitting behind the counter eating, briefly looked up and said "yea". Overall would not use this location again

MICHAEL RHaving the equipment requested would have been wonderful. Telling me to call around to find a utility dolly is crappy service. Being switched locations without contact wasn't on this location, but was overall crappy. And JUST TO BE OPEN the last time I rented a U-Haul I was given one with 20ish dolly's in the trunk. This time y'all couldn't locate a single one. This cost me time and money locating a rental place that was not U-HAUL to get one from. I likely will not be using U-Haul again after this mishap following the last rental mishap. Tired of being yanked around.
MARTIN ULocation is great. I've dealt with other ones not to much. Nothing to do with the location but having to answer no to so many extras when I made the rental is annoying. Just have one option for additions and don't make me say no like 10 times.
FRANK MBiggest issue is that my reservation was moved to a location that cost me 10-15 additional miles. The truck wasn't in great shape. The wipers were broken and it was raining, the passenger window door seal was tore.

KELVIN GI was given a trailer that I was not able to use because the tire was on the verge of falling apart. chunks of rubber missing and rubber splitting from the tire itself and to make matter even worse a broken loading door that could not be opened. A horrible experience where they put me in danger by proving equipment not worthy and safe to operate on the road.
SOHAIL ACustomer Service skills lacking on the two pre-pickup date experiences. Staff who assisted with the actual installation on pick-up date was EXCELLENT. Answered questions and handled installation perfectly. In the future, likely would visit a U-Haul corporate location rather than neighborhood location.
