Customer service was poor. Marcus refused to check me in because he said I came off rude. When I came in I told him I was returning the truck. He rudely asked me where was the keys. I explained to him that the truck was being parked( I did say that rude). He also refused to complete my return and TOLD me that I had to do a mobile return and he wouldn't do my return.When I picked up the truck there was a worker( didn't get his name) but he wasn't rude but very short. In my opinion it was because we walked in and didn't have a reservation. He just wasn't pleasant. I will never ever rent from this location again!

You shouldn’t advertise the trucks as costing $19.99 when you have so many fees. I understand the mileage but the fees in addition to that are a lot and boost the price significantly. I also didn’t even open the fueniture pads and feel I should have been reimbursed for not having used them.
