You could look at the records of what you did. I reserved a vehicle That was not at the location you sent me to. This caused me financial loss.. I then reserved another truck, but by the time I was able to pick it up and go to the original location of the move it was too late, forcing me to pay workers I had hired to help for an additional day. and extend the truck for an additional day

SHANA HHowever, prior to finally being guided to the San Gabriel location, where I was taken good care of x Manuel, I recd an initial email that sent me to the wrong location. Though I recd an email confirmation to my initial reservation, it sent me to the incorrect spot. I’ve rented from U-Haul 3 times in the last year, but this was the worst experience hands down. I wonder if y’all even read these reviews, complaints.
