Reserved a van a day in advance. Went there and got a van. Vehicle warning popped up with rear door opened and kept on beeping before I exited through the gate of your office. A staff tried to convince me to keep renting this vehicle and stated it shouldn’t be a problem. I refused and I was worried that I would be the victim of being fine for this damage. Spoke to the supervisor and he insisted me to continue driving this van. I refused. I finally got a replacement for the van after I stood there for half hour.

I feel the truck could have been clean. Well it was somewhat clean but the windows were dirty and they had covers on the seats. the truck was very rough and I went less then ten miles and my bill was 80.00 Vs Home depot charges by the hour so they come out cheaper. also can you have all the guys who work for your company pull their pants up. it's so sad to see grown men with sagging pants.

Personnel at this location need to make sure to tell customers that if they use customer parking and return after hours, the front gate will be locked. They should instruct customers on how to get out. I spent almost an hour on the phone, frantic to get out. Finally, I was told that there is a gate behind the building that operates on a sensor. That is important information to pass on to the customer. They failed to do that with me.

Only one guy work at the front counter...:( I suppose to get the van at 2:30pm . But , I didn’t get out close to 3:00pm. Six other people still be hide me waiting. This is bad customer service.

When I pick up a car, gasoline only have 1/8 in tank. But my rental paper mark in 1/4 tank. I came back to counter. She told me it’s did to credit $8.00 dollars for gas. I am total traveled 16 miles the gas used key than 2 gallon but I need to filled 6 gellon gas. I don’t understand why I need to pay more 4 gallons.

Inspite of booking online with only one person in line clerk took a long time to serve and give me the keys. Thereafter attendant took another 20 minutes to bring the truck when no one was in line at 10:30AM. Very poor service. Service needs improving.

I returned my truck after hours but still early on my rental. Two days later I got a call from someone saying the truck wasn’t returned. It was - they just weren’t organized. The rep I spoke with wasn’t listening at all and couldn’t find my account because he wasn’t paying attention, and even with the confirmation number, couldn’t get it correct. Please train your employees to be a bit more thorough before causing undue stress that a truck has “gone missing”.

Truck and lot attendants were fine. Girl that processed my check in on Sunday morning (7am 1/7/17) was not friendly and was swearing at her frustration with the work she was doing. Not swearing directly at me, but I wasn’t expecting to hear the F bomb from a customer facing employee at the counter.
