This is the third time that I have rented a vehicle from the Hotel Circle location and Carlos has assisted me each time. Once again, Carlos provided excellent customer service to me!!!! Carlos is always very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, extremely helpful, polite, patient and always assists you with a smile and an absolutely wonderful attitude!!! Carlos is a tremendous asset to U-Haul as their BEST EMPLOYEE EVER!!!! I am recommending this location to all of my friends and associates. I will continue to rent from Carlos and this location whenever I need a U-Haul truck. Carlos makes the entire process seamless and very pleasant.
