SUPER OBNOXIOUS that they need an "in case of emergency" phone number, AND need to talk to them to verify. Everybody I know is working, so noone is going to answer their phone. At least call it an "in case you steal the truck" phone number. You already have my name and credit card on file, just take a larger deposit if that's what you need. Quick and easy drop off. The employees were extremely helpful and went out of their way. A delight. My entire Uhaul experience was truly wonderful given that it had been a rough week, and I was grateful for the ease of which Uhaul made my week a lot better with stellar pick-up and drop-off. The two employees working were extremely nice, polite and helpful. The truck I rented was the worst thing I've ever driven. It bounced all over the road with everything I loaded and strapped down professionally and when there was nothing in it. I rented the small box truck. It had a lock on the back of the truck.I called the rental site.She said to call the help line at i haul.I did and they called someone to remove the lock.I did lose a two hour window of time.The first in reaching the help people. I am not really familiar with their computer system.The second waiting for the man to come and remove the lock.I was able to try to take some items to the landfill, but not all I wanted..The company was willing to give me more days.I appreciate that gesture. The paperwork process was quick and machine-like. Francisco was a great guy. Helpful and welcoming. The 26 ftr truck was altogether different. Aesthetically good-looking but the ride was horrible going and coming back. The truck continually shook and bucked so hard I was afraid it would break apart. It was like riding a bronco. I was fearful all the time it would not reach destination. This truck needs major maintenance big-time or be retired to truck heaven. U-Haul cannot afford a truck breaking down on a trip. This place has top of the line, professional customer service. The location is easily accessible in the city. It's easy to get a rental get on the highway immediately. You couldn't ask for anything else. They're accommodating. They're polite and most importantly the equipment is clean and well kept.Louis C.

The parking lot was closed off at 5:30 pm when we arrived to return the truck and trailer. Parking was nearly impossible without access to the parking lot and the online return process on the website was glitchy and wouldn't work. We tried for over an hour on two devices and then called Uhaul customer service but were on hold for 1 1/2 hours and never reached a representative. We followed the refueling instructions and returned the truck with 1/4 tank. The next morning I tried calling uhaul again to express our concern with the return process and not being able to upload the pictures. Still unable to ever reach a representative and then we were randomly charged 69.99 for fuel and a fee without any explanation or communication. There was no way we were returning the truck 6 gallons below a 1/4 tank. I have since tried calling uhaul twice with zero success. The return process was beyond frustrating.CHRISTOPHER S.
