I person I spoke to prior to setting up gave me an amount to put a hold on my card when I get to the location it's a totally different amount and I had to usea family members card and had problems with the driver's side door it was so frustrating

My reservation was not noted in system. My early check-in was not noted in system. I wasted a bunch of time on computer and in line because of this and all I was told was "it didn't go through ". Why even have the option. Frustrating experience!!!

Kimberly was absolutely one of the most helpful people I've had the pleasure of working with in some time. She was friendly, saw I was somewhat handicapped and went the extra mile to help me out with the trailer, hookups, checking out lights and everything. I realize this is her jobs but she did it with such GREAT and friendly exchanges. Appreciate people like her in this day and time of folks who do not really want to work, at anything. Give her a bonus. On top of it she was working alone and had a whole group of customers waiting for help, and she just made everyone feel good.

The only thing they didn’t do was they forgot to put the utility dolly in the truck. So I had to go back and get it. Other than that it was a good experience

Answer the phone when customers call instead of automatically routing to a call center. Had a blow out on the high way and there was no sense of urgency or respect to customers time. Poor customer service received by 3 different customers representatives from call center. One representative even stating “what do you want me to do about it?” The girl in the office when I finally arrive 3 hours after the entire tread came off the tire was rude. I go into the store aggravated asking her if she was the one I previously spoke to and she said “I don’t know?” It was her because I recognized her voice and she told me she called and I didn’t answer. I showed her there were no missed calls on my phone and no voice messages. She told me not to yell at her when I was not yelling. Out of frustration due to my experience and her disrespect I then started yelling at her. She just sat there. I asked her what else needed to be done so I could leave and she stated she had to check the truck in. Teach all of your employees customer service and have a sense of urgency when your customer is stuck on the side of the road in the sun and heat with no water. I was three miles from the store and no one was willing to come stay with the truck. Customers should never be stranded like that nor receive to crappy service I received when your truck tires were faulty and almost caused an accident.

U can’t cancel a reservation without notifying the renter! Your staff was notified I was running late when I asked what time they closed they told me 8pm! They never mentioned I needed to give a specific time of arrival. When they had already rented my trailer all I was offered was go contact Uhall on the phone??. Then I was dumped by three different customer service from person to person before I could get them help with the issue! I will do everything I can to never use Haul!??

The facility was clean and well organized on the floor with the displays and equipment, the personnel were helpful when asking how can they help me, I told them I was in need of a trailer, they asked what I needed the trailer for and I explained what I needed and I was recommended a certain trailer which was perfect, the issue was after getting the contract signed and getting haded my packet with all the information and details in case of a break down, we then proceeded to hook up the trailer to my truck and the employee told me to please to my truck and turn on the lights and step on the brakes and turn signals and she told me they were operational, I went to conduct my own walk around and pointed out that the right rear side marker light and rear running light weren't working! The female employee then proceeded to say I'll be right back, then the male employee came out and looked at the trailer and pulled the wire's some what out and stated sometimes it's the wiring, I replied I don't want to get a ticket from the police and he replied you shouldn't! At that time I was like are you going to fix it or am I going to get another trailer?... but he reassured me by saying you should be good!... if I wasn't pressed for time I would have said give me another trailer!. So I just took the trailer and conducting the inspection and to picture of the inoperative light's not operational!... luckily I didn't run into any incidents and the trailer worked out fine!... I just would say for future reference for the employees to inspect the equipment being brought back to the rental facility before it gets placed on the ready to rent without thoroughly going over it. But overall I would recommend U-HAUL to friends and family!... Thank you.
