I am so upset with this location. I called to let them know the lock was not opening one of the gentleman was like maybe your not doing it right pull harder and so rude. Then he was like if you bring it and we open it we are charging you more, not caring that I had to call in for this inconvenience. These people need better customer service training. talking with everyone, that was pleasant, but man, I tell you what, records were all messed up, the guy who returned the trailer never recorded it, so I was called today asking why the trailer wasn't in. He had to go outside and check for himself which should've been done first before calling me. The guy who returned it should've done his job by entering it into the system yesterday, less than an hour after getting it. Customer service for my e-alert was ok, but the person didn't remove the alert from my name. Just seems like everyone around isn't really doing their job, my kids can do better with attention to detail. These guys don't make much and it's looking like why. I expect more from a veteran friendly workplaceSteven N.
The cost was very reasonable and the vehicle was clean and in good shape. However, the pickup truck that I rented did not have a step up to the drivers door making it almost impossible for someone on the shorter side to get inside the vehicle. It was more than a little inconvenient. I ended up taking some small steps with me which I unfortunately left in the bed of the truck when I turned it in. I thought for sure they would be found since the vehicles are supposed to be inspected upon rental and return. I went back to the rental location twice but they could not locate them. I left my name and mobile number but never heard back from anyone. Of course it was my fault for leaving them but I was disappointed that they were not recovered. Overall, it was not a very positive experience for me.Jan P.
PRO: There was a very friendly, helpful lot attendant. CON: My self-checkout rental was located behind the building, found only after seeking assistance, defeating purpose of mobile checkout. CORPORATE CON: The mobile checkout app needs improvement: 1) Users can only initiate checkout process when on the premises, but; 2) the lengthy process requires users to take a selfie, scan their license, and enter personal and billing information, and; 3) only informs users during the process that they need to provide either a personal contact, passport info, company name/phone, or one other thing, and; 4) if you provide a personal contact they will attempt to call that person-- you don't merely provide the info and go, and; 5) if that contact does not answer, the process becomes worse, involving live chat with a customer rep, who tells you have to provide yet another contact, and 6) if you enter a company contact, someone also needs to answer the work phone or the process halts. You eventually have to go inside and go through the entire process with a store rep. Even If the mobile process does go smoothly, you still have to go inside the store to get your vehicle key, and wait your turn in line.Andrew G.

Tow w/2019 Hyundai Tucson 2.4 l 4 cylinder w/cvt transmission; 2in drop 2in ball. Excellent tow with full load. Recommend u-haul for standardized eq. & low prices. I would clarify conditions for 24 hour drop-off of equipment at receiving location as a part of the rental briefing. All u-haul staff at both my locations were outstanding--professional and friendly. I will definitely be renting u-haul again! ðŸ™‚Edwin R.
