1. The truck was VERY VERY dirty. Both the cabin and the cargo area. It took me an hour to make it acceptable for the 20 hour drive I had ahead of me. The location owner/manager apologized and was super nice but could not do anything since this was a self check-in location. 2. The utility and furniture dollies (that I paid for) were missing. No refund. 3. I called customer service and the rep had no idea what to do and said that I will still be charged even if I didn't get the 2 dollies. Then he said he will transfer me to a different department. I was on hold for 15 min and then I hung up. Never had a bad experience with Uhaul until this time. And this time it was horrible!!

Natasha CService attendant pulled up my reservation quickly. Made sure my information was correct. Made me understand and be aware the charges pre and post reservation. The ten foot truck was clean and ran perfectly, it didn't struggle on the highway.
