The location and trailer were nice, but I was improperly billed for 4 days instead of 3. I tried to get help from the location and the first gentlemen told me to call the 1-888 number. A woman there was not helpful and I had to keep explaining the situation and she finally offered the appropriate refund, but hung up before I could request confirmation. I don't see the refund yet on my account, but hopefully it shows up. Very displeased with the whole way it went down, as I had to defend myself for something very simple that should have been resolved instantly rather than have to wait on hold on and off for 30 minutes on top of having to argue with the rep to get her to understand the situation.

Uhaul at PCH & Hawthorne in Torrance CA installed the wiring in my Lincoln MKX for the Uhaul trailer. They messed up my wiring and the location in Colorado refused to fix it. I had a friend do a work around so that the tail lights and blinkers worked for my trip. No one from UHaul would assist me. Rick the owner was very rude He gave us a trailer without inspecting it first It had a flat tire which we had to have repaired on a Sunday When asked to be reimbursed $23.00 for the repair he was argumentative and disrespectful

we had reservations for 2 trailers - a 6X12 and 5X8. We had received confirmation of these trailers. When we got there we were told that the 5 by 8 was broken, they did not seem to care that we were without a trailer. they did after awhile call a dealer about 8 miles away to see if they had a 5X8 - they did not - so we took the 4X8 that was there to make sure that we had something. The next day we called a dealer - ALL valley Auto and Diesel in Buena Vista, CO - they were exrtremely helpful in allowing us to swtich out the 4X8 for a 5X8 that was there. I understand that if something is wrong with the trailer, that it should not go out, but I feel that the people at Parts Depot should have been trying to help us find what was needed.

Uhaul's customer service 800 numbers were unreachable and my 4th or 5th call after transfer to east stroudsburg operations center was dropped after a long wait. The pickup location was fine although my pickup time was changed from 1p to 9a without asking me. Please hire more ppl to staff your phones.

This was not the requested location for pickup. It was a complete fiasco to pick up. VERY VERY dissastified with uhauls customer service for this experience. I spent 4 hours trying to get this set up where we could get a truck. Completely awful

The tires on the trailer had VERY little tread left. I do not feel the trailer should of been sent out like that. It was a source of concern the whole trip.

There was confusion in drop-off location. We tried to drop off our 26 ft truck at the other Salida uhaul location on 50 & were turned away. Earl at 5570 E 50 told us the woman at the other location should have taken the truck but has been turning drop-offs down frequently. The 2 locations are about 5 miles apart so it was not a big deal, just a bit confusing.

they are super helpful and friendly at this location and I will keep using them for our work and for my personal needs. They helped me to make sense of the very difficult process that the uhaul system involves. The uhaul company itself is rather difficult to deal with .

Earl and Amber came thru for me when I was very stressed due to a dealer in Buena Vista, Co giving me bad and misleading information. Whether or not it was intentional, this dealer with All Scapes, LLC needs to learn the correct protocols because his bad info created stress and delays during my move. But thanks to Earl and Amber.... they saved the day!

The problem with the rental was not with either the pick up or drop off places. The problem was with UHaul itself. There was a definite lack of intra-company communications. The main number had a different pick up location in their computer than the actual. If I hadn't called to confirm I would have gone to the wrong place. As it was, there were 2 trucks to be picked up (on a Sunday) at the same place (which was closed). The other person took the wrong truck which had my 4 doz. moving blankets in it. UHaul main number just said that there was nothing they could do and that I should call the District office. According to the person I talked to, that office would have a way to get a hold of the location's manager in order to get blankets. When calling that number, I again was told that there was nothing that could be done since it was Sunday. I problem solved the situation myself and got what I needed, but there was no help from UHaul. It took about 2-21/2 hours to finally get it all worked out and me on my way. The managers of the location went beyond their duty, taking time out of their Sunday to get me blankets. I must have made 4 or 5 calls to UHaul that Sunday....people were not rude, but they also weren't going to solve the problem. I had to do that on my own. Thankfully, that's in my nature.

Truck had broken glass in the back. Radio did not work. Ramp was difficult to pull in and out.

Only complaint was that the truck we rented had the drivers side taillight, brake lights and blinker out. There was leftover gum in the cab from another customer.
