Was told at drop off that the people at the pick up location could have adjusted my mileage due to having to drive an hour to go pick up and an hour back to my place to load. Your fault I had to drive an extra 67 miles. This should have been adjusted when I picked up the truck.

Trailer was full of dirt/ sand. The most beat up trailer on the lot. It was a one way rental so I suppose it was easier to unload on a one way. Had to go to 3 different locations to find this "GUARANTEED" available trailer. The $50 guarantee is not honored. Lost an entire day of loading/packing, driving to different towns to find this junker.

The proprietor told me she was “locked” to taking any more drop-offs...but she was very accommodating- and took care of me anyway. She did the right thing. Your management needs to be chastised.

So here is the bad. I got a confirmation email but went to pick up the truck but it wasnts assinged. Your compamy should never ever send a confirmation if a truck is not truely reservered. The lack of caring from both the Highland Ranch, CO location was shocking. To the point that I dont know if I ever want to use Uhaul again now the plase I actually picked up the truck was outstanding. I dont feel that Uhaul as a whole did enough to make this issue better. The uhal I drop off as well was exellent. Having said that from your customer support call line and the Highland Ranch location beyond poor customer service far out wieghts the great service I got from the pick up and drop off location I would not give Highland Ranch location a single star for anything same for your support call line worst customer service I have ever recievef from any company.

Had to go to 5 different locations in Colorado before I found a 15 ft truck!!! I was PROMISED someone would be at the first 4 locations but no one was there!!!! Lost a day of packing VERY, very frustrating. Next time don't make promises you can't keep!!!!

Salida is a small town so people will come because they have no choice - yet. The uHaul in Buena Vista was to have had my equipment, a 26' truck, a 8'x12' trailer, and 48 moving pads. With virtually no notice the day before my move, I was told the BV place would be closed for ten days for no stated reason, and that I had to drive 30 miles to Salida for the equipment. The Salida people had the truck and trailer but no pads even though UHaul offices confirmed my order for pads. Salida said it had 12 pads that morning but gave them to another person. The gist of what Salida said was "we can't rent what we don't have and it just "bees that way." A reputable business SHOULD HAVE what they promise to have. Since I had movers lined up to come in the next day, I had to have a friend bring moving pads from an Aurora Uhaul more than 120 mountain miles away to prevent damage to my furniture. Now that I have more choices in Ann Arbor to rent from others like Penske, Ryder etc., it is highly unlikely I'd use UHaul again, although the equipment was fine. Just don't like the attitude.

The middle aged lady was a complete B. Her nagging and impatient daughter was just as bad. Absolute failure at customer service and even said that explaining things to her stressed her out. If renting Uhauls is too stressful, she should be flipping burgers.

Salida said they could not check it in so corporate charged my card I am furious and will never rent U-Haul again if this is not resolved. I used this trailer for 6 hours moving things from Alamosa to Salida. 187 is unreasonable and I was told by two people it would be 90 instead of 32.

Katie was awesome! I had called another location in town and was told to come by at 2:00 to pickup my U-Haul. Upon arriving at the other location I was rudely told my U-Haul wasn’t ready and she didn’t have time for me so come back later. I instantly called the Big O tires location and Katie had me a 26’ U-Haul ready in minutes and was such a pleasure to talk to. I will only rent from this location in the future. The truck was also in great shape and worked flawlessly. Thank you Katie!!!!

I had to pick up a vehicle in Leadville, Colorado. Even though there is a u-haul in Leadville and two in Buena Vista, I had to drive another 60+ miles to Salida to get a car hauler. The U-haul in Leadville was SUPPOSED to be open from 9-3, was NOT open. All I got was a message saying they were out. Left message and operator never returned call. I do not recommend anything from the operation in Leadville! The owner at the Salida was AWESOME! He explained everything to me and helped me understand my options. Also pointed out some key things with the trailer so my use would be as trouble free as possible.

My only negative comment is that the 20' truck I reserved was not available and I was not notified. I was able to get a 14' truck. Since I was not able to pick up the full load in Salida, due to the smaller truck, I will have to arrange for a 2nd trip and pay employee for an additional day and the cost of another truck rental. A text message ref the truck would have saved me a lot of money. Thank you.

The location and trailer were nice, but I was improperly billed for 4 days instead of 3. I tried to get help from the location and the first gentlemen told me to call the 1-888 number. A woman there was not helpful and I had to keep explaining the situation and she finally offered the appropriate refund, but hung up before I could request confirmation. I don't see the refund yet on my account, but hopefully it shows up. Very displeased with the whole way it went down, as I had to defend myself for something very simple that should have been resolved instantly rather than have to wait on hold on and off for 30 minutes on top of having to argue with the rep to get her to understand the situation.

Uhaul at PCH & Hawthorne in Torrance CA installed the wiring in my Lincoln MKX for the Uhaul trailer. They messed up my wiring and the location in Colorado refused to fix it. I had a friend do a work around so that the tail lights and blinkers worked for my trip. No one from UHaul would assist me. Rick the owner was very rude He gave us a trailer without inspecting it first It had a flat tire which we had to have repaired on a Sunday When asked to be reimbursed $23.00 for the repair he was argumentative and disrespectful

we had reservations for 2 trailers - a 6X12 and 5X8. We had received confirmation of these trailers. When we got there we were told that the 5 by 8 was broken, they did not seem to care that we were without a trailer. they did after awhile call a dealer about 8 miles away to see if they had a 5X8 - they did not - so we took the 4X8 that was there to make sure that we had something. The next day we called a dealer - ALL valley Auto and Diesel in Buena Vista, CO - they were exrtremely helpful in allowing us to swtich out the 4X8 for a 5X8 that was there. I understand that if something is wrong with the trailer, that it should not go out, but I feel that the people at Parts Depot should have been trying to help us find what was needed.

Uhaul's customer service 800 numbers were unreachable and my 4th or 5th call after transfer to east stroudsburg operations center was dropped after a long wait. The pickup location was fine although my pickup time was changed from 1p to 9a without asking me. Please hire more ppl to staff your phones.

This was not the requested location for pickup. It was a complete fiasco to pick up. VERY VERY dissastified with uhauls customer service for this experience. I spent 4 hours trying to get this set up where we could get a truck. Completely awful
