The staff was great, both at this location and at your call center. However, you drive business to your app and the cell phone service was not always working, so it took a lot of effort that could have been avoided. At the least, you should conspicously provide a number to call for people in my situation. It took over an hour to book because of this.

No one guided me to where or how I should park. I had to go and ask the gas attendant. I also did not know where to return the key and again, had to go inside the gas station and ask the attendant. I understand the Uhaul is a separate third-party thing to the gas station, but if you're going to allow Uhaul the usage of your property, then you should also have some helpful staff.

King GThe U-Haul rental had a hole drilled into the gas tank upon being rented to us, so I would consider that not well maintained. As I later found out, a relative also had this experience when picking up from this location. Only giving 3 stars instead of 1 because the Shell employee was very helpful to us, while I cannot say the same for U-Haul.
