We use the mobile app to Pick up the U-Haul. The representative inside was very friendly, when I went to pick up the keys he was busy with other customers but extremely polite and friendly. When I returned the U-Haul the representative didn’t say hello or anything. Simply said give me your keys, and I had to ask if we needed to do anything else. He wasn’t very friendly, I expected to return the equipment via the pick up the U-Haul. The representative inside was very friendly, when I went to pick up the keys he was busy with other customers but extremely polite and friendly. When I returned the U-Haul the representative didn’t say hello or anything. Simply said give me your keys, and I had to ask if we needed to do anything else. He wasn’t very friendly.

I got the insurance. And the attendant send me pictures of the truck when I picked it up. Later when I returned it. The attendants then tried to charge 150 from deductible because supposedly I didn't do a walk around and check any other damages not shown in the picture. After looking at what she was pointing I said I'm not paying 150 because I ididn't do it. And if you do end up charging my cc I will hire a lawyer and you will end up paying for any legal fees incurred. When the girl (woman) talked to the manager he said that he recognized that truck as one that he has seen that damage the day before and to place a sticker on it. I bet that damage is not in the pictures still. I bet the sticker is not on it. I bet this is a scam either by Uhaul or the attendants where no claim is filed and someone is pocketing 150. I'm not sure I want to be making business with Uhaul if theis business practice is being in effect. Trusting the pictures is not reliable. Someone could delete the pictures from servers. No one told me to do a walk around and to check the pictures and to send any pictures that were not included. I'm disappointmed with this practice. Sure if I'm the one that cause the damage by all means do charge the 150.00 deductible. But, when your staff fails to mark or have current pictures. That's on you Uhaul! The manager confirmed it to the woman while I was there. At the end she didn't try to pursue it because her manager instructed it. But meanwhile... the bad taste in my mouth couldn't be gone. I was ready to call my lawyer to fight this injustice! I'm going to post this on my media and to warn everyt body of this

I had my reservation rented out from under me and had to go to multiple locations after hours of being sent back and forth dealing with rude people and finally got my equipment. It wasn't just this location it was the whole company.

More people working there. There was only one person available to assist. I pre-checked in, which saved time, but there were two long transactions ahead of me, so I still had a long wait. When I turned in the trailer, there was no one outside to accept it, so had to wait in line again. Service was friendly and quick once it was my turn.

It seemed to be a busy Sunday the day I rented. The store was clean, seemed to be a little short handed do to the amount of traffic. 1 associate was doing his best to get everyone checked out, 1 associated was getting trucks ready to go and directing customers to keep the lot clear and get trucks out. My rental truck was clean and ready to go. I had reserved an appliance dolly for the move, but when I got to my move, the dolly had not been placed in the truck, I was not told I needed to grab one. I assumed my reservation was complete at time of pick up. I was credited for it when I returned my rental. The check in process was not communicated effectively at time of pick up. So the return process was a little rough. When I went into the office space the associate at desk ,who seemed busy doing his closing processes, when I asked a question I was told talk to the guy doing your check in. The associate that did the check in seemed to be a little frustrated that I was returning the rental when i did, I was 30 minutes prior to closing. Over all not a horrible experience but not the best customer service friendly experience either.

It took almost 15 minutes to unlock the back of the U-haul. It was pouring rain. Then the person didn't even bother to open the back of the U-haul to confirm the equipment I requested was there. I am an older women and as it was raining it was very difficult for me to open the back alone. The person in the office was very friendly and helpful.

The particular 26 ft. truck we rented had a sticking roll up door that made it very hard to close, the ramp was WAY too short for that size of vehicle, and it was very hard to put into park, like the shift tower was very sticky. also, the inside of the cab smelled a lot like cigarettes. Other than that it wasn't bad.

very unorganized. Was not told how to get key and had to call three times. Hood was not latched down. Truck had almost no gas (took pictures for proof) and then the appliance dolly and pads I had paid for were not in the truck so I had to leave without them. Horrible experience.
