I have used the same location 5 times. The employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I recently got a car dolly, using just the first two wheels, and the attendant mentioned that I should use a car trailer for long hauls, then explained why. Learned something that day. Thanks.

Although the truck was not clean, it wasn't abnormally dirty either. The driver's side floorboard was dirty. It didn't affect the performance. Overall, it was a good experience.

Uhaul located on 294 Old Historic RTE 66: Pros: Great Customer Service!; love the fact that they are open on Saturdays and Sundays (awesome); very helpful; they pay attention with your moves and plans of what equipment fits your needs and cost. Their equipment is well maintained and gets you from point A to B with no issues. Cons: This Uhual is Great and in a Great location!, but they could use some help extending a bigger area for parking spaces and their equipment (they have nice equipment); could use a couple more cargo vans and pick up trucks; and they could use a nicer building for them for more seating areas for customers (they do get busy). I am retired military and me and my husband needed a cargo van for a same day move; none available. But, Jason did have a pick up truck which still worked out fine to our advantage of the weather being sunny. Our moving experience with the pick up truck was awesome, their truck was well maintained and had no issues driving out of state and back to Saint Robert. Thank you Jason for all your help and for the "Great" Customer Service you and your employees provides the military and the Saint Robert community! I would definitely recommend Uhaul located on 294 Old Historic RTE 66.

Not much room to park but enough to leave the rented truck and exit just fine. Office is closed Sunday's but owner was in the office so was able to drop off the key. Wonderful! He is always so nice and friendly.

The door on the trailer was really hard to open and close but at no fault of the facility. Nothing but good things to say about the staff and experience at the pick up location in St. St. Robert.

Trailer had gravel on it and spray had hole in it. Had 2 nails in tire 4 hours down the road causing slow leak and eventual flat. I suspect nails were most likely in tire at home base. Maybe better tire inspection.
