I was charged for 2 utility dollies. I requested the 1 dolly however I found it was not in the truck. I had to return to the store to get it. The service was less than satisfactory. I had to complete the ordering process again and was obviously charged for other things. I will not use their trucks again.
The customer service rep at this location are very rude.
Next customer make sure you have dolly's available.
The staff H&R LLC is not doing well!!! I return the truck the same day afternoon, also I asked him for the recipe, but he said it will be mailing to my email. After three days I did not get any mail, but my credit card has been charged 3 times!!!!!!! what the heck??? I reasonably think he did this deliberately as if he forgot to close or comment that I have returned the truck and charged me more money!!!
The location was fine, though slightly out-of-the way, but the online key pick-up system worked well. It wasn't clear to me how I was meant to get the dolly I reserved, so I just hoped it would be in the truck, and it wasn't.
Trucks were far from the office. Office wasn't familiar with my reservation (Had to ask for a dolly and blankets)
This location was changed from the one I had chosen and is in a bad part of town. I didn't feels safe returning it here.

Felt like was overcharged
First they were not even open at the time I had reserved... Didnt get there until 9:15 my reservation was at 9 second the customer service was beyond HORRIBLE!!! The guy was trying to conduct business with other people then detectives came in questioning another employee about a stolen phone that they might be selling so the guy that was suppose to be helping me starts yelling across the store. It was just unprofessional I'll never rent another Uhaul from there again
They need to focus on the customer more less talk more work the wait time be to long when i already reserved the truck

-1: Location or corporate booked me for a 20' trailer even though reservation says 15'. This caused a delay once I got to the location for my 24/7 check in, since the vehicle did not match my reservation. U-Haul should've sent me a note letting me know this ahead of time. -1 When trying to receive help for this issue, I was stuck waiting outside in the cold for thirty minutes and got transferred 4 times. The last representative finally told me that they were only charging me for the 15' price, even though that was the FIRST question I asked the first representative I talked to! -1 star for even switching out trailers to begin with! I get in theory I should be happy because I got more space for free. HOWEVER, I was doing a long local move so the clearance information on the vehicle is crucial. Had I reserved a 20' and got a 25' I definitely would've had clearance issues and needed to take an alternate route, thus unintentionally making my travel time longer. PS I would make sure you had adequate cell towers near drop off locations, especially since location services are required for remote drop of. Neither Myself nor my friend were able to get a strong enough signal to complete the drop off process. Luckily I was done early and the representative was able to complete the drop off for me.
The truck smelled like smoke was very dirty. They also charged me for 2 days and I only had the truck 4 hours poor customer service.
Very disappointed, was charge for gas when the truck was brought back with gas inside of the truck , made a appointment to pick up the truck at 9:00 am & was a hour late , , the dealership was very disrespectful & not understand
Yuck. Just yuck. I reserved truck for 12hrs beginning at 8am, but 5is location doesn't open til 9:10. Should be 9 but hey, 9:10 is when they opened. Your website confused me so I apparently hadn't completed the process for being given a mysterious code to get keys in the key is in a seriously bad part of town and I thought I was reserving a different location. I would not go here again. People working there said oh the truck is due back at 5. What happened to my 12 hr rental? I got back at6:30 and the guy made it sound like he was cutting me a deal by not charging me for a SECOND DAY. So shady. Never again.
I had to clean out thÃ¨ truck before I was able to use it. The people who worked at this location after I was supposed to just pick the truck up at 8a had me wait until they opened The store up at 9a and I still had to wait until 945 before the paper work etc was completed. They had no respect for me standing there. I had to speak up several times to get service and the same thing happened when I returned the truck. Zero.customÃ¨r service. I will never use this location again.
Highly dissatisfied with this uhaul experience. Was difficult to find where I should enter into this location, as signage was not clear. Inside the uhaul that I rented was shattered glass and trash all over the driving area, excluding the seats. Broken glass and trash was on the floor, in the cupholders, and on the dashboard area. The staff here at this uhaul are clearly not inspecting trucks after customers rent and use. Will not return to this location and may not return to uhaul at all. Very disappointed. The staff working here were pleasant but this was unlike any uhaul rental facility I have ever encountered. This location was basically a neighborhood store selling typical products you would find a gas station - no one was coming in other than myself to rent a uhaul. Very odd scenario and I would not recommend.
Not be so concerned with selling Cellular Devices. Better Customer Service. Clean Store. Be more informative about U-Haul Practices and Procedures.
When I went the location where I intended to return (university city, MO), found out the location was wrong, the staff asked me extra charge if I wanted to drop off there. I had to driver extra miles to return to the location the Lafayette staff put. There was no one available to confirm drop-off. I had to drive another location to drop off finally. I spent 2 hrs to return the trailer instead of just drop off. It was unpleasant and unhelpful experience with U-HAUL this time.
