The truck had a strong smell of cigarettes and there was only 1/4 a tank of gas in the truck. Do you know how hard it is to put 1/4 tank in a truck? I didn’t know the car only registered fuel when you turn it off and back on. So I ended up putting like 20 dollars in the tank which put it well over half. I couldn’t use the air because it just recycled the cigarette smoke throughout the truck. This truck should have never been rented in that condition. Unfortunately it was the last truck So I had to tolerate it.

Customer Service can be better. Representative greeted me by saying “What’s up”, rushed me through UHaul Rental, and wouldn’t complete Storage Rental. He said, “We can handle that when you come back”, when I wanted to get it done right then and there, so my day/move could go smoothly. He also didn’t explain the process well, and when I asked questions, he made me feel as if I was annoying him. Then when it was time for me to pay, he just looked at me, and I had to ask if he was waiting on me to which he didn’t reply, so I just handed him the money. When we returned the rental truck, he was texting and told my driver to “hold on”, while he finished texting. So there we were, waiting on him to finish texting, after moving, etc. for HOURS!! PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE WITH YOUR REPRESENTATIVE. We worked with another representative. He was better. Though a bit quiet, he was more helpful.

I asked for the kingshighway location and they sent me to south tucker I used this truck for one load 5 minutes away from one house to the next and was charged for 18 miles because of the location of where I had to pick the truck up I see how your company makes there money I am not a satisfied customer but I learned my lesson never again thanks

The communication I reserved my Uhaul online to pick up at 2500 Ohio that’s what my email said as well I get to the location and the door is locked I call the number and no one was even there working the man kept saying im going to call u back so after the second time of him calling back he tells me I’m not on his list and to pick up at tucker and spruce which is not where I booked or where my confirmation email says to pick up at. This was so un organized and time and gas was wasted

My business first started with the Dutchtown location and they were great as well. I switched locations because I switched truck sizes very close to my pick-up date. If you have to do business with them or make changes, I recommend going to the store and not making a phone call. Service was terrible over the phone.

The only problems that could be improved 1. On the quote you could add the taxes so we know the total. 2. let us know where to pick up the truck more than 24 hours ahead of time. 3. the original drop off was closed with drop off not an option. We had to drive an additional ten miles to a location with 24 hour drop off and then drive back home! This is a strain after a 14 hour work day!

Very disappointed in the fact that we rented the uhaul trailer from one location by our house and the day before the told us we had to go somewhere else to pick it up which was 40 minutes away from us altering our entire move experience. Do not understand how your website says that one is available at one location and everything is fine up until less than 24 hours before. Very bad customer service

I ordered a trailer a month ahead of time to be able to pick it up within a mile of my home. but the day before I was to pickup the trailer i was told I would have to pick it up 20 miles away from my home because that was the closes location that had a 6x12 trailer. Why could Uhaul not tow it down to a location closer to me ?
