Grado:

In my original order I had requested a dolly that wasn't provided. There was so much confusion with this order through the 800 number that I'll look at other options in the future.

Grado:

Truck rental was fine. If they opened earlier on Sunday I'd be thrilled but that's just me. Wish there was a way to credit bringing the truck back with gas in it, instead of the awkward "quarter tank leapfrog" that everyone is doing.

Grado:

Grado:

Mark the entrance for after hours. The door marked entrance on the street it’s listed at was closed and there was no info on where to go. I found the lot way behind the building with the entrance located on a different street.

James D. en

Grado:

Why would you take the computer system down for updates on a busy Saturday morning??? James did the best job he could under the circumstances but you still lost business. I understand that this is standard procedure. Crazy!!!

Grado:

appear to have some homeless people living in your facility.

jessica j. en

Grado:

originally the truck we ordered wasn't there so free up grade very friendly

Kenyatta C. en

Grado:

Maybe give instructions for drop off of a 26' truck. The entrance for such a large truck is not easy to maneuver through.

LARRY H. en

Grado:

Truck was loud on highway. So loud that I could not talk on the cell phone during the long drive. Truck only averaged less than 9 miles to the gallon with the Tow off and riding in the medium green bars on the highway.

Nothing stay just as you are?????????

Jim E. en

Grado:

There were two signs pointing in different directions. One for "trucks" and one for "trailers". I drove by the open door for "trucks" and continued down the empty lot to the "trailer" area. Nothing was there. I parked and went back to the "truck" area and they said that is where I was supposed to drop it off. A bit confusing. Thankfully it was 4:00 on Saturday and nobody was parked around there. That made it easy to turn around. Just update the signs as to where to go.
