No improvement needed. This is my favorite location to rent a uhaul. They are always nice and helpful!

Hours on door read until 4pm six we were there at 3 and the door was locked. Tried calling but no answer. Called 1-800 number for uhaul and got it figured out. Did have contact with them the next day and they were awesome! Very polite and professional, not to mention the layout of equipment at the location was very well organized. Wish I could have met them when we dropped it off but over all, great experience!!
