Do not pick up the pods late so they won't arrive to destination late. Also I needed 5 pods (not 4) for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1 car garage 1440 sq foot house. We are military and it was a military move so I know that has something to do with it. Overall great service and great communication.

This location charges a ridiculously steep delivery fee. I needed assistance from uhaul to have another location conduct the delivery of the boxes to my location.
AARON SHonestly the boxes themselves were falling apart and wouldn't close properly or lock and I couldn't even fit a a padlock on the wooden boxes because they were bent so badly. I had a seriously difficult time taking my stuff out of the boxes because the storage facility was so disorganized. One of the days that I wanted my stuff my box was sitting on a forklift still and no one to move it so I wasn't even able to access my stuff. This was a stupid and annoying process and I had many issues. Will not be using again sorry
