Truck has some issues. Many of the outside scratches etc were not noted in the file I viewed, so I took pictures. The file should be updated. Additionally, the doors are VERY hard to close properly, slamming is necessary, they need to be fixed because this is a safety issue. The location and iits people are EXCELLENT.

the handle on the passenger's door was broken, making it difficult to properly close the door. The cabin had a bad smell. The person that helped us was very nice but not wearing a mask

Check in and return were handled very well with friendly staff and there is no doubt this would be where I would go to rent a truck or trailer the next time. My recommendation is to to 1) reserve online, 2) the night before the rental review the pick up process and provide needed info 3) arrive 10-15 minutes before your pickup time.

The website and app barely worked to allow me to pick up my uhaul, and caused me to be an hour and a half late while I waited. The location I was at tried to charge me $150 because the mobile app wasn't working, despite the fact that the uhaul policy I researched stated that only cash purchases rehires a $100 (not $150) deposit. I was finally able to get the app to work after several tries, and when I did the approval time was extremely slow and I encountered many errors. I do not plan on using uhaul in the future because of this, and definitely not at the St. Andrew's location. I was extremely disappointed by the entire experience.

The vehicle was not clean. There were cigarette buds on the passenger door that I had to throw out. The truck bed was wet and not clean. Lastly, the vehicle needed new breaks very soon!!

Just thought it was akward being located in a mini Mart. Employees had to stop what they were doing in the store to help us, forcing other people to wait.

There was mistakes on my contract and the girl that was working had to call somebody I was there for ever and ever and ever. She was charging me very much of a higher price than I was quoted. She eventually called the manager I think I got it straightened out but I was there forever!
