The pickup process was delayed due to a flag on my account and an incorrectly generated contract (round-trip instead of one-way), which required contacting customer service to correct. This caused significant delays during an already time-sensitive move as I had plans for scheduled movers and this process took nearly an hour at the pickup counter. Once resolved, the rental proceeded as expected, but improving accuracy at checkout and reducing administrative issues would greatly improve the customer experience.

Rafael SThe moving blankets were in a pile in the back of the truck. Some of these were tied together and knotted from tying them together. When I dropped the van off I was told I had to fold the blankets or they would charge me $25. I told them they were not folded when I got them and they are tied together. I refused to untie them and fold them and was charged $25.
