Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThey were going to charge me additional $60 when I returned the Uhaul truck, after I already spoke to the Uhaul office. It took way too long to clear the additional charge. Plus, the attendant at the store did not do a thorough inspection of the return truck. Very poor operation at the drop off location.
john rthe truck had no gas. it was dirty, the rental process was difficult and long, they sharged be extra days when i returned it earlier than they calimed.
Mary DThe woman working at Shell was outstanding. She was able to juggle customers coming in and getting me setup with my rental. She worked on 3/27. Fantastic. I was concerned renting from a gas station as I was not sure if they would be able to get me the truck and balance their store responsibilities but she did all that as if it was nothing. Very impressed.
