Staff were understanding and straightforward. However I wish it was noted when I made the reservation that the nearest Uhaul was an hour away as originally I placed the order for the uhaul location in my town

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI was instructed upon pick-up that the reservation would be slated as a mobile drop-off at another U-Haul location, and to keep an eye out for a link via email to finish that process (with uploading pictures / video to corroborate it, etc.). The catch - I never received any link or email beyond my receipts for the transaction. I checked the app and it essentially said to park the truck, verify condition and fuel was OK, and drop the keys and head home. So, I was a bit concerned, as the app stated 'overdue' once the drop-off time passed (the drop-off location was closed on Sunday, when the time was scheduled, I believe), but the process still finished out without a hitch and I was not hit with any extra fees or anything, so this is only a mild complaint about a 'bug' in the process, I guess.

Benjamin MThe reservation was made a month in advance to pick up and return the 26’ truck at Gilman’s in Rumford. Shortly before the pick up date we were informed that the truck would need to be picked up in Jay and returned to Jay. That was not acceptable to us. We were given an option of going to Auburn and return to Rumford. We chose that option. When we picked up the truck in Auburn we were told it would need to be returned to Jay. Again, not acceptable. The truck was returned to Rumford. Not a very nice experience.
