There was nobody at the rental location when we arrived in the late morning. So we drove to another nearby location that was "open" and there was nobody there either. The second location turned out to be the storage lot for the first location. We called their phones and no answer. As we were driving to another Uhaul location they called back and apologized. The rental process took forever and the Uhaul site wouldn't allow the contract to be printed. Very frustrating.
