Very disappointed because although this was a nice pick up point, I had specifically requested and booked online a pickup location much closer. The pickup location we were forced to change to added about an hour to our tight move out schedule.

The trucks passenger side window had a missing gasket. At over 40 MPH the whistling air was extremely loud. I had to tape it w/duct tape.

The location and gentleman that helped us was outstanding and went above and beyond to accommodate us. However, U Haul's service throughout this experience was absolutely atrocious. We had the truck cancelled on us twice in as many days, and we ended up not even receiving the dolly we originally paid for. This caused a great deal more amount of effort required for us to load our truck and we arrived an hour and a half late to our lease signing as a result. We were very disappointed.

We scratched the top of the roof of the cargo van going thru a parking ramp. Even though I bought optional insurance, I found out I was not covered for this damage. I was not happy to learn this - and do no recall being explicity infomed that was the case. I left that location feeling I was completely covered for all accidental damage.

I have used U-Haul twice in the past few years, and am totally satisfied with every aspect of the service that they provide. I rented a pickup a few years ago, and it was brand new (250 miles) and awesome, just this past weekend I rented a cargo van, and it was very nice, and comfortable. Customer Service has been outstanding, and basically a in and out quick, yet with hospitality and any question answered without hesitation service. I am very happy and will use your services again if needed. Highly Recommended for sure

Good service overall. Was both helpful and accommodating. 15’ truck steered a little “loose” and was noisy but worked well. Air conditioning was great!

What had been a routine experience became very unpleasant. I got a call an hour after was to return the vehicle saying U Haul was reporting the truck stolen. The guy then went on to say that they were actively seeking the truck to tow and of course I owed $50 for an extra days rental. I was completely blind sighted since I thought I had until 3 pm to get the truck back. I pointed out that this was a ridiculous thing to say and he said his boss told him to say this. Whoever's responsible lost U Haul any goodwill or trust from this customer. I will make sure others hear of this as well. Either very bad training or horrendous tactic for service on U Hauls part. Unfortunately, U Haul has no competition between cities/states, so I will have to use U haul in those situations, but I will use other services in town for sure now.
