Owner was rude! Not the older man working for him but the actual owner. I never got any kind of contract or paper before I left the lot, and when I went to return it at a diff location ( because I was under the assumption I could) I was told by U-Haul they would charge 200-600 for returning it to the wrong place. Also I hauled balloons in the U-Haul trailer: my balloons came out with black all over them.

I moved a week ago and yesterday with no explanation or justification they charged me of my credit card $39.68 I still don’t know why but I already paid for the rental and I put gas and returned it exactly like I received it so still no explanation

TESSA RI chose meet in person to pick up u haul and no u haul representative was on site and the guy who was on site was rude about me not doing my check in on line and the guy on the phone was kinda rude about it too. I had questions for a live in person, person is why I chose meet in person.
Skip OVery easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend.
