I reserved the rental a couple of weeks in advance only to be told THE DAY BEFORE they didn't have a rental at all anywhere in the town I needed it. Because it was such last minute notice I had to pay for a $50 cab ride to get to the Rocky Mount NC location. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
