This is my 2nd time renting from No Hassle Auto and the staff has been excellent both times. I have a disability of which the staff assist me or will offer to assist me. My daughter has rented from them on my reference. If I need to rent again I will definitely rent from this location as well as recommend them at every Every opportunity. Thank you, No Hassle Auto.

I self-leased online and picked up the truck. I was given a code for the lockbox to remove the key. I walked around the vehicle and proceeded to pick up my fridge from the dealer. When I got there, we noticed that the lock that was on the back of the truck didn't open with the same code. I called customer service, and they transferred me to roadside assistance. The first lady gave me all of the codes that she had available, and nothing opened the lock. She then transferred me to higher tier of support, and he basically told me that there was nothing that he could do for me. He told me that I could get someone to cut the lock, but I would be responsible for the $25 to replace it. They told me they had no way to contact the person in charge of the location and that there was nothing I could do. I took all of my food out of the old fridge because it was not working and now, I couldn't get my new one until hopefully the next day. I had to throw away items that will never be replaced. I was embarrassed at the dealer and inconvenienced them to bring the fridge out only to have to load it right back inside. I waited until the next day and when I got to the location, he had no solutions and told me that he didn't know how the lock got up there and then he basically just gave me another key and told me to drive another truck and just come back. He didn't update my record with U-Haul and when I came back, I couldn't record mileage or gas. It was a horrible experience, and I have never had an experience like this before and I have been using U-Haul for years. I will NEVER go back to this location and honestly because there was no reasonable resolution or empathy from anyone about my loss of food, time, or inconvenience, I am considering never using U-Haul again.

John CGas in the truck while receiving was actually lesser than what is mentioned in the contract. I had informed the person in the uhaul office too.
