Late night drop off was not available. Would have been nice if it was communicated better. We drove to the place only to see the entrances blocked by several trucks and ended up adding few miles unnecessarily.

Our truck wouldn't start at least 5 times and we struggled to get it out for events. We brought this up with the location and they basically blew us off. Very disappointing.

Everyone was extremely helpful, I had ordered online and wanted to make some changes as to pickup and they were happy to accommodate. I had ordered some wrap and received verification of payment on my charge card. I planned on picking it up on date truck was picked up. I inadvertently deleted the confirmation so had to pay for it there.. However they had no record of my purchase so I am not expecting to see that charge but was told I could request refund if it shows up twice. Employees could not have been more helpful.

If you expect the trucks to be returned clean don’t hand them out dirty because I’m not going to clean up someone else’s mess and I shouldn’t be charged to clean up the truck when it was given to me filthy. Also don’t block people into your parking lot when they are returning a truck and make them drive over the curb.

The parking lot was filled to capacity upon returning the truck. When I asked where the office location, I was led to believe no office existed. I was ignored by the first person I attempted to speak with. The 2 people on site were both abrupt. I was asked for the keys and informed that someone from U-Haul would contact me. No one asked about the trip or performance of the rental truck. This business seemed very disorganized in contrast to what was experienced at the original U-Haul facility.

The parking lot was closed on Sunday night to drop off the van. It was closed with vehicles from the same Uhaul company. Had to return the following morning early to return it. It was chaos at the location and a lot of customers were outside trying to leave a vehicle. It took customers like 20 minutes for a phone call to be answer, only to know that we could go and try at in the Olney location (if they had space) and to not leave vehicles in thew street because it would be a fine

The truck I initially rented through the app had a dead battery, defeating the purpose of bypassing the desk. I had to wait nearly a half hour for that to be rectified and the time was not credited to the back end of the rental.

This was an awful experience! From the excessively long wait time to the miscommunication and poor service from the general manager, Jonathan, everything about this visit was horrible. We were misled about the inventory and informed that the desired truck we planned to use was in stock, when that was not the case. When we met with Jonathan to try to resolve the matter, he lacked any type of assistance and understanding; in fact, he didn't even care that we were experiencing such inconvenience. He displayed an extremely rude and condescending demeanor and attitude that did not exhibit any professionalism or managerial accountability. I was also overcharged for the truck that we did not end up renting, when Jonathan informed us that we would not have to worry about any fees. I had to dispute this with my bank and endure added inconvenience due to Uhaul's lack of service. This location is the worst!

Got over charged the clerk was ok the dude who hooked the uhaul to the truck said he would change the size - we downsized to a smaller uhaul and still got charged $750 (the smaller one is $399+tax) so yeah that was a disappointment for sure.
