The initial mileage on the reservation was inaccurate and was brought to the attention of the service representative BEFORE the vehicle left the lot. He assured me he would make the adjustment to the account. He did not. When I received the final invoice via email, the invoice was inaccurate. I had to call the location the next business day to have my account manually adjusted and they referred me to the national customer service department to adjust my account. The adjustment was for a small dollar amount, but it's the principle of the matter that counts. This was a poor example of customer service.

The parking situation was less than ideal. I wasn't happy that there wasn't on-site customer parking and I had to leave my car in a shopping center that required crossing multiple lanes of busy traffic.

i requested to have a 3:30 pick up time. i arrived at around 3:45 and had to wait for the person to connect the flatbed to the pick up truck - i was on a time limit and i was not able to leave until about 4:15 - would have preferred to have it pre set for pick up

The uhaul.com/share return process is a headache and too long. I became frustrated with the online return process and want to suggest on cutting down the step by step process so it wont be so tedious for people, especially after a long day with moving.

Not offering customer parking is a massive and overlooked liability for uhaul, literally leaves this location open to many foreseeable lawsuits. I could not comprehend being old to park across the street where I had to cross 6 lanes of traffic not only during rush hour but then again at 1:30 am when I was able to return the van. I’m a business owner and father of two who would never be in a situation where I’m walking in an unsafe environment in the morning hours. By not offering customers parking onsite this location put me at risk of being in a hit and run while crossing the street, being robbed, raped, beat up or killed by any crazy/drugged up individual looking for trouble in the middle of the night. Had I been a woman with kids and no one to baby sit at that time, this uhaul location would have put me in the street as a woman with two kids in a dangerous location walking in the morning hours across 6 lanes to reach my car at another shopping center where my car was not towed by luck. As a local business owner I would highly recommend that this location get together with their management team and shareholders to discuss providing parking to clients expecting to return their vehicle after hours before you find yourself dealing with someone being killed, raped or robbed solely because of your no parking for customers onsite policy. It’s just a matter of time before someone gets hurt by this policy and the responsibility will fall solely on the owners of this establishment. Fix this before someone loses their peace of mind only because they decided to rent equipment from this location.

I was asked for an additional contact name and phone number, which I thought was odd. I had just rented a vehicle the week before and hadn't been asked that information. It was a rental of no more than 4 hours both times. Not sure why there was no consistency.

There's no information upon reservation that this location has no parking. It was cold and rainy and I had to figure out how to park far and get back. Also, the truck had two warning lights flashing- when I pulled the staff to look - they dismissed it and said they're just sensors because repair work is done off-label. Doesn't inspire confidence in safety.

This an awfully unprofessional Uhaul location that significantly decreases the value of the brand. The wait times are always excessively long, and Jonathan and Carina are absolutely unprofessional, incompetent, and rude. Their demeanors consistently indicate an indifference towards executing their job of customer service. Carina, specifically, was outright rude and inattentive to our needs; she boldly conveyed her dissatisfaction with assisting us. Even after the transaction concluded, I had to tell her thanks, when it should have been her job to display gratitude. Again to reiterate, this experience was EXTREMELY AWFUL. In my prior encounters at this location, I was overcharged due to their failure to logically calculate my fuel usage, so I had to expedite things to the corporate office just to receive my refund. Additionally, there is always miscommunication with orders, where the type of truck and scheduled timeframe are consistently incorrect. I once went to pick-up a scheduled reservation but was unable to because of their failure to adequately remain attentive. I will never revisit/utilize this location for my moving needs due to the continued incompetency of employees and extreme lack of care and professionalism. It is ridiculous to see the lack of managerial execution and strategic implementatin regarding the non-existence of customer service.
