I was given a new truck, but one that had already been damaged on the driver's side, and I drove it across the country like that, having to slam the door to shut it every time! The customer service at this location is the slowest I've seen anywhere!! The guy in Portland was by himself and was faster than all the people in Rockville put together!!

This location requires more staff. The line was long and only two people could write out the contracts and then supply the equipment. My advance online contract did nothing to speed up the process.

Reserved a dolly online but none were available when I picked up the truck. They explained that they were provided on a first come basis so the reservation doesn't actually reserve the equipment. I ended up buying my own dolly at Home Depot. The truck was clean and in good working order.

The "Drop-Off" location was acceptable, but the personnel at that location was inept. I did not receive a detailed copy of my contract indicating the actual amount I was being charged for the rental.

I reserved a furniture dolly & hand truck. Neither were available when I picked up the truck. The truck we were given was in a very tricky spot to back out of. We were charged for two days usage of the equipment when we only had it for one day.

I arrived in Maryland at 2:30 Pm on Friday and grounded the car and detached the dolle. We then unloaded the truck and picked up a second load in the town we moved to . We dropped the truck on Sunday morning. Great service

The only thing was I had pulled into the wrong parking lot so had to back out onto the very busy intersection while calling a trailer however the personnel went out in stopped traffic to assist. The location was very busy however they were very attentive to all of their customers I was impressed

I rent a 26' foot truck, when I went to the location, Manager told me that they did not have any 26' foot truck, that the truck that I reserved was In different location, they have a 26 in the yard, but he told me, if I want the truck, I have to pay for miles instead for the day.

It can get really crowded in the parking lot(s). May need to look into better way to enter/exit the lot(s) for pick-ups and returns.

I had good customer experience. You have a solid team there. Instruct customers exactly where and how to park so that they do not block the entrance to the return parking lot. I wanted to return my truck after hours and when I went to drop it off the Uhaul trucks blocked the entrance into the return parking lot. I couldn't get Uhaul truck passed the other trucks and had to return it the next day.

Inform other location the response time that you guys take to take care of a customer . Getting them in & out . But also inform the customer what you are putting in the bill over the phone like the add coverage that I did not ask for , but I did not change because I needed to go . I felt like it would have taking more time to have it taking of the paper work & @ that time I did not have time to have it done. Other than that every thing was great.

Check in was a little confusing. I was told to drop the box truck in the back of the building which I did. No one was there to check it in so I walked around front and they said to go back where I was and wait for someone to check the truck in. When I went around back another gentleman was also waiting. He did the same thing I did, went up front and was told to go back to his vehicle and wait. Then 4 more vehicles arrived for check in at the same time. Eventually a guy showed up and checked me in, but it took about 30 minutes. He was efficient when he arrived and did apologize for the wait. It looked like between 6:00pm to 7:00pm (closing time) is also peak turn in time. They need more personnel at peak check in time.
