Dustin W.I made a reservation for 8:30am using the 24/7 mobile phone feature. I arrived to pick up my truck only to discover that the location didn't open until 9am and even though the app made it look like I could pick up my truck at any time I had to wait for the office to open to actually get my key. If that is a requirement it should have been clear. There was another person there who had the same issue.
