There's no onsite manager and the person in charge has to be called on the phone for any questions and lied saying he spoke to me and we never spoke...very disappointed with my whole experience with uhaul...specially my shipment with the ubox

I used your self service option and it was so bad that it's almost turned me off uhaul. I can't believe how offensive it was along with non response on the chat feature. I rent every six months or so and it was like you're trying to push away repeat and new customers.

Well first no one ever called me to confirm my rental ahead of time. I called to verify because we were ready to move. Then when I'm at uhaul getting it I get a call from last while I was standing in line. Then we get uhaul that had no ac and then while driving through the dessert with no air conditioner the oil gauge stops working and the alarm was going off. The truck smelt of cigarette smoke. It was an awful experience and then the whole reservation and scheduling changes were awful and the communication with uhaul and the customers is awful

The truck had no high beams and there was a short in the system occasionally I would get shocked and the horn on the truck would blow when you hit bumps . The 12 volt accessories for cell phone was cut off but stuck in the hole .

Your service at monero valley wasn't good because I set an appointment at 5 p.m and I stock in traffic and I received at 5:10 and the store was closed. The system choose monero branch but it was closed at 5:10 and they are not responsible for costumer.I pleased to stay 10 min at store but he doesn't do. Finally I went to sprouce branch. Why the system select Monero valley.My home was at 991 W Blaine St. And Sprouce Branch is close to my home. When I went to sprouce branch they charged me again and they said we refund your online payment but still they didn't refund. Why I should pay two time and refund my online payment again. Also the branch of Monero valley refered me to other brach at Monero valley and when I went to that branch they didn't have the 15' truck and refered me to sprouce branch!

WHEN I SET THIS PICK UP ONLINE, MY LOCATION WAS AT A DIFFERENT STORE. AFTER A 1-1/2 HOUR DELAY I WAS TOLD I HAD TO GO ACROSS TOWN TO PICK UP MY TRAILER. WHEN THEY CALLED THE PRIOR DAY I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THE CHANGE IN LOCATION.

I returned the trailer I rented back where I picked it up from in the yard. When you can't look around your own yard and see it has been returned, don't automatically charge me extra days. I called twice and people took my complaint down and said the manager would call me. No one ever did. I had to chase them down due to poor customer service. Still don't have a refund.

Uhaul advertises a self service program that appeared to be exactly what I wanted. No lines, easy check in, easy returns, etc. this is total nonsense. The system does not work and even the employees said it was a lie. I did wait in a line for well over 30 minutes. Numerous other customers complained about the same issues. Be aware, the so called self service is just plain false advertising from this location.

Again, U-Haul experience was horrible. My pick-up location was changed, without the phone call I was supposed to receive to find "a mutually agreed on location," and even after confirming the drop-off location over the phone that morning, my designated drop-off point, AAA Storage, refused to accept the return. So, I was forced, again, to find another location. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I was unable to make it back in time before the location closed so I called and was told I can leave the key in a drop box, what I was not told was that I was not told is that I would be charged by an extra day which added another $79 to my total, seems a little excessive for an extra hour and a half. I won't be using this company again.

I scheduled a self checkout rental online around 8:30 a.m. and confirmed a 1:00 p.m. pick of a 15 foot truck. It was a one-way rental from Riverside CA. to Monrovia CA. I received a call at 9:53 a.m. from the pickup location telling me the reservation came in at 4:30 p.m. instead of 1:00 a.m. and no truck would available until then. I reluctantly agreed to the new reservation. I arrived at the location around 4:45 and they said the self service system wasn't working. They provided me with a 30 mile upgrade due to the reservation issue. I inspected the truck adjusted my mirror and drove off. After driving 2 miles the driver side mirror kept on moving and wouldn't stay in place. I called the pickup location and explained the issue. I would be driving in the freeway and needed use of the mirror( safety hazard). I wasted another 45 minutes of my day observing 3 different associates attempt to fix the mirror. One of them asked if I removed a piece of cardboard from the mirror? Apparently someone had mickey moused a mirror with cardboard to prevent it from moving. Apparently, I wasn't the only one with scheduling issue because I overheard another customer complaining about waiting 3 hours and then driving to another location for a truck. Experience was HORRIBLE .. I have utilized your company many time over the years without any issue's.

The only thing rhat i would change was when i got a confirmation email stating i was gonna get the truck at 10am, i went to go at 945am there was an older lady there that attended me in the morning was super rude, so at the end i didnt get the truck till 12pm instead of 10am as i was conformed on my email. So when i went back at 1145am to see if my truck was ready the young gentleman that attended me was super calm and polite and took the time to make sure i understood when and where i had to return the truck back instead of the old lady who pretty much told me to get out and come back at 12pm, and this location was pretty busy at 1145am. So my comment take would help the next customers experience is dont go with the old grumpy lady, wait for the younger polite people.
