Had a reservation at 9am equipment wasn't ready I waited around until 1030 then started loading my appliance dolly and the worker Manuel got irate with me and cussed me out cause I tried to help him out. If I wouldn't have 1. Already paid and 2. Needed the truck ASAP 3. Have me a car dolly in such bad shape he markes the qhole thing on the preinspection form If so much of my time wasn't already would have went to a different company In acceptable I want my money back

This was the third site we had to go to that day. The first location confirmed a time but did not tell us the location had changed then she was a no show when we went to pick up the truck early at her request - I recommend that you do not continue to use the etawanda location as it really does not meet any sort of standard I would expect from a company like yours. That was a horrible experience. Thank you to customer service for arranging an alternative for us.

The lady at the front desk complaint the entire time that she helped me. I was on the phone with corporate while she was cursing and complaining. They heard her and was suppose to do a follow up call to me for that and another issue that I had with uhaul. I still have not received a reform phone call.

The personnel was very very rude and not helpful. I did not take my paper contract with me and they were not willing to look me up with my phone number or ID. They wanted to charge me for not having the fuel tank full but the truck was not given to me full. The manager in Flagstaff made the correction on my paper contract and never did the change on the computer. When I tried to explain that to Spencer and Sherie they were really rude and said there was no way for them to proof if I was saying the truth. I asked them to call the rental pick up location and verify but and kept telling they had no way to look me up. Fortunately, Rafael asked Sherie to look me up with my name and finally Sherie called. Sherie was able to verify I was saying the truth and then removed the fee. Sherie and Spencer were very rude and gave me a hard time. On the other hand, Rafael was very helpful.

It would have been nice to be told I had to wait in line to pay cash before I said that I didn't want to use my card. I would have just used my card knowing I had to wait in line for 20-30 more minutes after checking back in the Uhaul and being told it was "too late" to go back to using the card AFTER he told me I had to wait in line to pay cash. Just need to be informed more before I make a decision after its "too late" to go back...

You can start by not wasting people's time. If we book a truck we expect it to be ready to go. Not arrive to your establishment and be told that the trucks were over booked, and tell me there's nothing you can do to accommodate me.

The vehicle had smashed bugs all over them and were dirty. I was worried the truck wasn't going to make it up a hill on the freeway even tho it was only loaded half full. When I picked up and dropped off the lady at the counter I think her name is Sherie... was complaining to customers about how busy it was and made it seem like we were a inconvenience to her? Even though I cot a confirmation email saying that the truck was "guaranteed" for 3pm pick up at this location, when I got there I was told that it was actually at another location and was my problem to figure out. Instead of them transferring the vehicle or giving me something else off the lot I was given a business card and told to call the number and complain to them... Very poor customer service by the lady at the counter.
