I talked to your representative when booking and she said I would pick up in Mechanicsville. The day before was told to pick it up here in Varina 20 miles father. Same with the return. I paid for 30 miles of driving I should not have.

We were told we would not be charged the extra 30 miles we had to go to pick up the U-Haul, then afterwards we were charged a small fee for going over the mileage by just a few miles (due to having to go 30 miles to pick it up). However, I was very happy they found us an available 10 foot very clean, well maintained U-Haul truck on short notice. Very good experience and everyone was super friendly, helpful and nice! Great overall experience with U-Haul.

Darryl RI am shocked that I was charged 60 additional dollars for gas when I returned the truck on the same gas levels it had in it when I picked it up and to charge 60$ dollars is unbelievable but its my fault for not letting the store person see the gas levels at pick up time I will be aware next time.
