This man was quick and kind but the rest of my experience with uhaul in this go round was a disaster..you switched

The pick up location was changed after the online order was processed. The pick up took a long time although my order was already processed online, the location was unkempt and not everything that I paid for was available. It was a generally bad pick up experience and I will hesitate to rent from Uhaul online in the future.

They lied about how many miles was on the truck. I spoke with two people and took pictures and told them how many miles was on the truck. I’m pissed off with the service and the way the online processes worked

I ARRIVED ON TIME FOR MY 12PM ICKUP AND ASSOCIATE DID NOT SHOW UP UNTIL 1:30PM. I DID NOT GET AN APOLOGY, I EVEN CALLED UHAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE AND THEY BRUSHED ME OFF AND TOLD ME I HAVE TO JUST WAIT. WILL NEVER USE YOIUR SERVICE AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE PEOPLE ARE AWARE OF YOUR SERVICES FALLING SHORT

They could use better training in their system. I litterally had to coach the guy behind the counter on how to do it thru his cellphone. Later the guy with the laptop wasn't even any better help. I've used uhaul numerous times, but highly doubt I'll do it again. Not to mention I couldn't get a receipt, but oh wow, here's a survey! Smh

I had to tell him to look the contract number up three times. “I had the drop changed and you please look the number up. It’s in the system.” It’s sad but I believe I’m finished with using u haul.

After my reservation and pickup location changed unexpectedly from one 5 minutes away fro me to one 30 minutes away from me, ownership told me they would be available from 7am on to give me the key to my truck. When I showed up the next morning, ownership said they were closed and there was nothing they could do to give me the key. No information was shared at all regarding mobile app use and I had to call U-Haul service to get help.

Super easy to pick up the truck and the guys were very helpful, finding me and extra dolly when my truck didn’t have one. Highly recommend! Mobile pickup is great!

Just awful! There was no one there so I checked in online. Then there was an issue with the keys and check in and check out and the language barrier made it impossible! Biggest headache ever! I will never rent from this location again

This was one of the worst U-Haul experiences I’ve ever had. I spent 2 hours just trying to pick up the equipment. Computers were down , no one was knowledgeable about anything it was exhausting. Trying to return the truck was even worse as I spent an hour trying to dispute for an attempt to overcharge me. Legitimately a terrible experience , I will certainly not be renting from U-Haul anymore.

I reserved online, however, when we got to the location there was a new person there, took an hour to get the truck. I was very dissapointed in that, especially since we were on a time limit.
