ABC customer service was fantastic. Truck interior needed food from past renters cleaned up. Otherwise was a good experience.DMITRI M.
I felt rushed on my return by the attendant at the drop-off location. I received a call to ensure I return the truck on time because their was another reservation at the same time as my truck drop-off time. I didn't need that reason. I would have felt less rushed and more appreciated if I was only questioned if I would make it on time without a reason for the rush. I understand that UHaul needs to provide great customer service but I do recommend treating the customers who have already paid with questions on quality of their products (how did the truck do? how was your move/project? did the truck meet expectations? etc) rather than making paying customers feel the need to meet UHaul's needs to satisfy customers who have only reserved their trucks.Hiep N.

I use this ABC Mini Storage location every few months for an in-town Uhaul rental, but everytime I call their local direct number, it forwards to the answering service for the "storage" business who want to forward me to 1-800 Uhaul. If I allow this, Uhaul does not book a specific location and I end up spending a fortune in extra mileage since Uhaul will almost always make me drive across town (to the main Pasco Uhaul) to pick up a truck. So, instead, I call repeatedly over several hours until someone answers. They then say they were "vacuuming" and didn't hear the phone. When I get to the location, I am usually the only customer. I guess this is what to expect when I rent a Uhaul from a storage business. I will say, though, they always have my truck ready when they promise and are generous with after hours drop off times.SIRREL M.

The truck was not that old but was very well used! The top of the cab was rusty and the cup holders looked like coffee or pop had been spilt. The folks there were very friendly and helpful!MICHAEL T.
The mileage didn't match my vehicle. The vehicle was not filled when I received it. I tried to do the thing online prior to leaving but phones internet not working and when I got home where I had WiFi, it said it expiredMICHAEL B.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the truck and the furniture dolly substituted for the utility dolly. Attendant was nice enough but was obviously overwhelmed at the time.Robert P.
My experience was not great. I first reserved a cargo trailer that became unavailable. I was then twice promised a cargo van that was never provided. I wound up having to use a 15 foot box truck that was way bigger than I needed at a considerably higher cost. Your reservation system does not stay current. Equipment that is out of service or otherwise unavailable still shows in the system as ready to be rented.ANTHONY K.

I can't comment on this location since they were closed. But the placed to park the truck and trailer was an issue. The gate was closed and locked and that wasn't known until I pulled the truck down into a driveway where I then had to back the truck and trailer back out onto a busy street.
