I HATE UHAUL! OUR VEHICLE WAS A PIECE OF SHIT! THE RETURN WAS INCONVENIENt. UHAUL (CB's auto) FLAT OUT LIED TO US. I AM NEVER GOING TO RECOMMEND UHAUL OR USE THEM AGAIN. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The whole process through the app was a nightmare! sometimes, the app doesn't show you some images of the "current condition" of the truck and sometimes, it doesnt properly upload our new pics. Overall, the app is a total failure. It takes too much time. WIll not choose these kind of locations again. Specially in freezing weather!

Van was dirty inside and out. Previous renter agreement was in the door pocket. Staff was great during rental process and very efficient. Equipment condition was the reason for low rating.

Location never obligated the truck rental. Spent an hour on the phone waiting and deal with U-haul customer service. Then location forgot to leave truck keys were I could retrieve them. I further had to wait 20 mins until location personnel could provide keys. This delayed my move 1 1/2 hours causing me to hire movers longer.

The staff were so friendly and amazing. I went to another location first and that location would not rent me just a dolly and furniture pads. I will go to ABC first from now on. Everything was clean there from the building to the supplies.

The young man managers Nickulas was very helpful in getting us through some hitch difficulties and needs to be commended for that. His action let us get a load of quilts for Lutheran World Relief shipped in time or there would have been a six month delay.

The manager is fine but the guy who was working the counter today, lacked PR skills and didn't provide basic customer service and boarded on rude. If he was my only experience at this location I wouldn't come back. I use this locate about four or five times every year.

The whole app experience was a fail so I had to cancel that and go this location. Then he was forced to use a photo and some online thing for us to check the truck for dents and scratches ect even tho you could see NOTHING clearly on the photo. I do not like the new way U-Haul has gone with everything being online and the customer having to use an app or the website. In our opinion it wasted important time. We are going with a different company next year when we have to move again.

Fill up gas tank to either full or 3/4 tank at least. Leaving the tank at 1/4 full for another customer isn’t being very courteous.

The trailer was not in very good shape. A lot of rust and as we drove about 1,300 miles either a tire or a bearing started to make a thumping noise. We made it okay, but was concerned espcially since we were without cell service. It would be good to have buddy bearings like a boat trailer so the bearings would be easy to grease.

Location was closed when I dropped trailer off. Return drive was very slanted and two trucks were already parked there. I was able to park trailer in front-ample parking there. Location was convenient. I noticed the next morning the trailer was moved to behind their gates. Auto drop & check in was easy. I’m thankful I took someone with muscle power with me as the trailer had to be hand lifted off the truck. There was no way to block the wheels or lock the tongue so it seemed a little vulnerable leaving it there.

A mainline pipe burst in the apt above mine over the weekend and due to the constructional damage caused I had to rent a truck to empty my house so the workmen could fix my ceilings. Nicholas and Bob were both exceptionally helpful in renting and returning the truck, I just want to say thank you both so much for your help and I will always recommend Uhaul to everyone all the time. It should be made more clear that while rentals are guaranteed, a customer may have to drive a considerable distance to pick up the equipment and will be charged for the extra fuel. The time commitment, added fuel cost, and inconvenience was a considerable annoyance and receiving the news at the close of business the evening before my scheduled pick up, caused no small amount of frustration with U-haul.

This location was very friendly and clean...the man even offered us bottled water for the road. He was very kind and helpful. But this was an alternate location...read below: BE WARNED: We reserved our 26ft truck in Yakima 2 weeks prior to our move date. At 1pm the day before needing the truck, we were notified that we would have to pick up the truck in Richland..70 miles away. Apparently, reserving equipment does not guarantee that it will be at the location you are reserving from. But they don't tell you that. It was quite stressful when you get down to the wire like that. They did offer a discounted price and 1 extra day on the rental, but it didn't make up for the time lost in traveling 140 mile to get it...not to mention the stress. What's the point of making a reservation? They kind of have you trapped at that point. It's not very good customer service.

The trailer hitch came off the ball and damaged my car only a few minutes and a few miles after I left ABC Mini Storage. I phoned for help. I was directed to phone back during business hours Monday through Friday. I could not get the hitch back on to the ball. I had to go get tools. Caused a traffic jam.

I paid cash 3 days prior, I needed to extend a 4 days at which time the double charged my debit card the charge was not authorized . The double charge left my debit card with $50 in it. Which cause me not to be able to get my storage unit so I can unload the truck they agreed to pay 4 the other day that I had to have it because of their mistake I then wasn't even able to rent that storage unit at the price that I had been quoted because it was already gone. They gave me the run-around 4 hours between them and they would not call corporate or get any real customer service people online they kept calling other stores and chatting with them. Then when the truck was returned they charged my account again so they already had my $154 cash 199 pending but was tied up charge me another $140 and then today another $288 saying that I have to check for 9 days when I did not there's some kind of scam going on I just Uhaul I've rented from U-Haul like six times just in the last three years and never had this problem I want a full refund
