Staff was inconsiderate and not very helpful. Had to wait 20 minutes both times for someone to even help us. Truck was pre damaged and given to us without letting us know it was damaged. Overall not great and wouldn't go back here.

- I ordered and paid for mattress covers but they didn’t have them. Will need a refund. - The truck had a dent on the driver’s door which didn’t feel safe. - The dolly and padding weren’t in the truck as usual. - The Address takes you to the lights and not the has station so it’s easy to miss the location.
NDUKWE AMy main issues were that I tried to do online check in to save time at pickup and it didn’t work properly, causing us to run a bit further behind. The other issue was the driver side door needed to be shut very strongly to get it to close properly.
