I find it was very expensive but still acceptable. I would have really appreciate a diesel engine for a long 3000 km drive... Oderwise no complaint

Our experience with uHaul was very disapointing. I had called customer service several times and the staff does not seem to communicate well or make notes at all. We were first promised a 17 foot truck. Then I called back and they changed it to a 20 foot truck at no extra charge, which was great. Then I called again to change the date and time of pickup but then they said they have no 20 foot truck. The rep said there were no notes about 20 foot truck. Staff does not seem to be properly trained and just go with the flow mentality. When we picked up our truck, it was too small and we had to leave behind our belongings and furniture. We had to rent a small trailer from uHaul to take as much stuff as we could. Overall, our experience with uHaul was bad. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

The truck I used had a dangerous seat, the lever on the bottom was broken there for both the driver and I had to hold the child sitting in the middles seat in place while we drove. The vehicle needs clear engine maintenance and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else driving until it is fixed

I called in the day before to reserve a 10 foot truck. I was told yes, and that the truck would be available. I showed up right in time to pickup my reserved truck... the man who was there had nothing in the system and no notes or anything. So i HD to pay extra to use a larger truck despite my reservation, because the man there did not know how to use the system or to give me the discount i should have gotten had my reservation been honoured. Then he quoted me the price of around $30 CAD. And mentioned NOTHING about extra mileage fees. I should have taken a picture of the mileage on the vehicle before leaving because I’m 99.999 percent sure that it was wrong. When I got back after one trip to pick up a couch 5 minutes away and drop it at home. I returned the truck in less than 1 hour, and I was charged $75 for “mileage†- funny since I wasn’t told about those charges. (Nor do i think they were correct) PLUS GAS!!!! The staff didn’t know how to use the system, and I got penalized for it. I’m not happy, I will make sure no one I know goes there, and I’ll be calling in for a refund for sure!!!!! Terrible experience

Very disappointed in the self-drop off. The app wasn’t working for me and after several tries and 20 minutes later, I gave up. Not impressed that the only option was to accept the $20 drop off fee.

Better service, when trying to book a unit staff should no more geography. Trying to sending me to another province to pick up a trailer. Really. Very very frustrating. The lights didn't work on the trailer but attendant didn't seem to care. Gave us some spray to try. My grandson finally got them working in -30 weather. The attendant was even sure where the trailer was. Gave us a number and told to just go look around. Wow. I really thought u-hual was better then that.

Absolutely fantastic location!!! Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist taking my reservation to the rental staff was polite, courteous, and extremely friendly. They even suggested a cheaper rental option, saving me money!! I’ve dealt with multiple Uhaul locations over the years, both in Regina and out of province, and this location was hands down the best I have ever experienced.

I was not pleased with the service I got with this location of 20 hesse bay. Truck DC 1788 W, had a flat inner driver tire, inner back dual! I was supposed to have a confirmed location a few towns down from where I moved; as I was unloading the truck when i received a message that showed a different drop off 2 hours away back in Regina. They originally allowed 101 miles to return the truck near my new address; when they changed the drop off behind my back, my return kilometers weren't adjusted to compensate, making me owe money for over-kilometers. I was able to drive the truck back into Regina thankfully. All these incidents shouldn't have happened, especially me having been sent away to take care of the tire fill. This unnamed worker sent me away with an unsafe truck and a broken key tag saying "dont lose it", handing me two pieces of the key tag with the key, that I played for using express check in on UHAUL.COM. I'm glad my drop off actually was at Rochedale Carwash. They were open late and we got ahold of the manager and he was able to correct and fix my issues that I had! If I book and rent another UHaul it will be a different location other than Regina Carwash. Big thank you to the area manager for addressing and taking care of my concerns!! I appreciate your research in resolving these issues this following monday!

I recommend a discount when you bring the truck back with more gas than you are required to. The cost overall was good. But I brought the truck back with 1/4 tank more than necessary and a discount for that would be incentive and a positive customer experience

Other than the fact that I had a 26ft moving van and the person at u haul who I spoke with said we would get that size. When we came in the day we were moving apparently he had entered in the wrong size. He had listed a15 passenger van. Which was not correct. We ended up with a 15 foot truck which wasn't big enough so we had to pay out of our own pocket to hire movers, which was around 200-400. So wasn't happy about that. Anyway we got all moved into our new place. Just had to shell out more money than we had budgeted. Ty
