Vehicle Was quite dirty but I mean it's winter but still it should have been cleaned. Was not swept out. When ordering online I had requested two dolly's however this location didn't carry them and I was not advised so that would be good to know.

Booked 2 dollys that weren't in the truck. Called the guy working at this location he said they didn't have any, a heads up would have been nice. Spent a hour calling around on a Sunday to find one. I rented this truck on Dec. 12, Uhaul have been putting money into my bank account and taking it out ever since. Today is Dec. 22 and you're still messing around with my bank account. Get your shit together.

The truck had no cruise control. How can a moving truck not have cruise? There was no place to park the vehicle when I returned it. So I took the keys for two other trucks moved them so I could park the truck I was returning. The cost per km is atrocious. I Have spent nearly $5000 renting trucks fro U haul in the past 4 months. I will not be renting from uhaul again. Your competition will benefit from my future business.

when paying with debit card, I had to pay a deposit on the equipment. and on return found out computer system is down and was not unable to do refund back to my debit card. This location paid me out in cash.

The trailer was literally full of snow, was buried in snow. Was barely able to remove the trailer from the location due to fence, very tightly parked trailer units around the trailer I rented. I have a Chevy 2500 4x4 and took me a few tries to pull free from the snow as I was spinning. Poor location to pick up/drop off bigger trailers at, snow removal done poorly/covered trailers. Staff was polite Howver would be nice if their was staff to assist in hooking/removing trailer as if it was just my girlfriend she wouldn't have been able to get it. Probably won't use uhaul again. Gracias

The truck I booked was not available for me when I went to pick up. Instead, had to adjust my plans and use a U-Haul truck that was required for me to bring back 4 hours away from where I was originally supposed to drop off from.

I asked the man working there to help me attaching the trailer to my SUV, but he refused. He let me attach it myself, and then asked me to bring the car to his shop door so he can check it and took photos..... In other places I rented trailers from, they always help customers to attach the trailer.

When I picked up the truck, the gas was less than a quarter.The app did not ask me to take pictures, so I thought maybe uhaul is already aware of that from the previous user of the truck.This is pure cheating where they provide less than a quarter of tank and charge us unnecessary for a full tank of gas and other service fee. There is no way if uhaul would have provided me a full tank I would have used it all for just driving 82miles as per the invoice. Being a mobile pickup centre, uhaul should not have allowed me to book dolly when there is none available at the location. And the funny part is they are still charging me for it. I asked them to revise the charges, and send me a corrected invoice. Also the amount has already been withdrawn from my account. I am very disappointed with your service and should not have done a mobile pickup. After days of waiting, i got the refund for the dolly charges but no reply to my email. I tried calling uhaul waiting for more than an hour over the phone, as soon as I was the 1st one in queue the call dropped. I even tried to go through chat but it automatically crashes. I am so upset with uhaul's service.

Three weeks prior I rented a 26 ft truck from Regina car wash and went farther km wise and paid less than when I just rented a 15 ft truck that I drove 64 miles less and paid more for that rental, and to make matters even worse I paid the cashier cash and said that I don't want it charged to my credit card. Low and behold a couple days later Doing online banking I discover that the cashier not only took my cash payment but also charged my credit card for the same payment Not impressed. I phoned the owner and he says yeah yeah I have all the info here it will take time to figure it all out I will phone you back later witch he never did, I had to call back twice and threaten to call the police if they didn't straighten it out asap. Word of caution make sure you visually check your receipt before you leave.

I had no issues with the employees or depots. However for the 3rd time in 2 weeks uhaul as a company screwed me on my reservations. Reserved 2 26ft moving trucks. Day before pick up, could only et 1 unless i wanted to drive 3 hours to get the second. Instead was told i could have a 20 ft and a 6x12 trailer. Had to go to three different locations for pickups. At the third location to pick up trailer was then told they only had 5x8 trailers which are essentially useless. When i tried to pick up the car dolly, was told they didn't have one, but again i could drive 3+hours to get one. They ended up "upgrading" me to a flat deck hauler. Which added additional weight and fuel costs. Kinda makes a guy wonder what the point of reserving was

We came not able to check-in properly online. Ordered a truck too big and needed help. The gentlemen working the counter was AMAZING. Very helpful, very pleasant, and polite. I expected trouble from our needs and his appearance but I was wrong. AWESOME!!! AWESOME!! AWESOME!!

I got the largest truck you guys own and it was the biggest piece of shit it had a death rattle at 80 km an hour on the highway I recommend that you go for your 3 month service as you should for any vehicle of the size and that is used on a daily basis for hauling overweight Items.

The truck was not cleaned prior to use. The windshield interior was dirty and difficult to see through in certain lighting conditions. The truck box had moving blankets and a hand truck left in it. The cab had a pet dish left under the passenger seat. The truck drove poorly and felt like the front driver's side tire was badly out of balance. When I called this in to the dealer, they wanted me to take time out of my moving plans to contact roadside assistance to make repairs. As I was moving equipment within the city over a period of 4 days, my ideal solution was to exchange this truck for another. The dealer did not want to do this. The dealer was friendly enough but seemed like he was unable to help due to UHaul rules.

Both the website and mobile app were malfunction for me for weeks therefore making me result to over the phone reservation. I reserved a truck in a small town, I didn't receive the phone call a day before pick up. Luckily I phoned the pickup location to find that they don't carry any trailers, only one cargo truck. I proceeded to look around other locations the morning we needed this unit and were able to find a smaller trailer 2 hours from the original pick up location. The reservation ordeal has been so exhausting I will probably never use U-Haul again.

Here's the thing. Central scheduling (Winnipeg?) Was an ABSOLUTE nightmare. I booked my van TWENTY ONE (21) days in advance (ahead of schedule! Wow that's a long time)... The DAY of me picking up my van, they tell me the ONLY truck available is 1 hour and 30 minutes away... I live in Regina.. that's a well known city with over 200,000 people in it, not some small town. So I have to politely ask.. HOW in the HECK does that happen??? If I book AND PAY for a van TWENTY ONE days in advance, I expect that shit to have a bow on it and my name inscribed on the van when I go to pick it up at the location I selected TWENTY ONE DAYS PRIOR. You know??? This is a major flaw my guys. MAJOR. I TRULY hope someone with some wrinkles in their brain takes a look at this, and understands that this is a real problem. This should never happen. I should not have that wrench thrown at me the day prior to moving. I'm serious here folks... All joking aside this was incredibly unprofessional. The customer service rep I had just kept saying "There's nothing I can do". Not a goddam ounce of empathy came out of that person's mouth despite the absolute garbage situation I was now in because of their company, and I was extremely polite. Absolutely abysmal. Please. If their is just one wrinkle-brained person who can fix this... From the robot-like customer service rep who can't say anything besides the dog-written script in front of them, to the last minute scheduling to locations so far away from initial locations.. please fix this ASAP.

The staff and quality of service was very good and I was pleased with this. Price was reasonable. The cargo van was not swept out from the previous renters with stones and debris, empty cig pkgs and leftover timbit under the seat. But with that being said, the van worked well and accomplished the job.

Not an issue with the particular location, but uhaul as a whole. Seriously, I don't know whether I hate dealing with anti-vax/anti-mask protestors, or uhaul. Absolutely garbage customer service. Booked a 26' truck, called to change to a day earlier, told that I couldn't rent the truck for more than 12 hours, after I had ‘booked' it for 4 days. What a bunch of bullshit. Ended up booking me a truck, literally HALF the size I needed, this resulting in multiple trips, and more fuel/mileage. They then called me asking why I hadn't returned the truck Monday morning. Probably because I told them I would be dropping it off at the end of the day. But who listens to a booking after fucking around with the customer right? If I had to choose between renting a uhaul truck, or lighting all of my possessions on fire and just carrying the remains in a bucket, I'd take the latter.

Your app for 24/7 check in and drop off is terrible. Both times, we sat there waiting for customer service for over 1/2 an hour as the "location" requirements dont work. Three of us all on Iphones - one being an IT consultant - and your app is not user friendly. Either ramp up your customer service availability or change your app requirements. Truck was great - experience not so much.

While the service at this location was excellent, trying to actually talk to someone at U-Haul was impossible. Very frustrating. The only reason we were able to get a rental was because I called this location directly and the staff there took my call rather than telling me to call U-Haul unlike another location that said I couldn't book through them. The website did not allow booking for a cargo trailer past 2 days and I needed it for longer, which is why I needed to talk to someone.
